No, they definitely won't do that. But they also offer a bank wire payment, beside checks.

they know better,you can give some time reading their readme' etc. i think they dont support adsense for some countries thats why they send cheques,when someone earns $100 and receives their cheque and go into bank they say we dont accept us cheques etc.. then google saves that money  interesting or weird?

Google has an "escape" clause. They don't have to pay you.

Google AdSense pays by check only as of now. Google Checkout is competing with PayPal I think. You cannot use eGold with Google.
