| | Google has introduced a new way to get a Google Mail account, by SMS! This way they can prevent spammers to register a lot of accounts since the ammount of accounts per phone is limited to 10.

yes i heard abuot.. but that sux becouse its only for those countryes... google should be worldwide  i hope soon google will do someting with other countries.. i have gmail long time ago but anyway google should include other conutries.

At first i thought the title suggested that you can call some number provided by gmail to access along with a password and have some Gmail appointed speaker read the email to you. lol. I was wrong obviously. lol. Hopefully Google can look into that if you are indexing pages sometime. lol. ON the actual topic. ITs cool you can register by phone now. Some people are abusing google gmail and they just might ruin it for others. I don't want it to shut down because people are puttings too many files for storage.

Alot of gmail invites, if anyone needs any. Just PM me and I'll invite you. Last I checked, both of my accounts had ~100 or so. It's not like I ever even use them at all.

I saw this, and unfortunatly they don't support verizon yet. It would be nice if I could experience it. Oh well. It's just a way of making me spend money...

That might not be the most securte way to access gmail since cellphone (WAP) is accessable all over the world with the right tools, and thus causing security loopholes that people can jump through.

Yeah, I heard about this earlier. It's not a bad idea for google. I've had an account with them for a while now, so this new feature doesn't really pertain to me, but to those who don't know anyone that will be willing to send them an invite should be happy that they can finally just sign up themselves, at least for those living in the countries mentioned above. Thanks a lot for the information and see you around in the forums in the near future!

Redesign Gmail Webmail Site?

Gmail Issue...not Receiving Replies.

Gmail Problems
...can't access my mail (9) Since moving to Pakistan, I've been appalled at the poor internet service here. Especially since
the cable has gone down, things have only gone from bad to worse. Now with the satellite links
things are slowly moving again. I can finally access Yahoomail, hotpop mail, all my other mail
accounts. But for some reason gmail won't work. The google search engine works fine, but when i
try to access the mail section i get a page not found error. is this possibly only a local problem,
or is it something that others have found as well? i imagine not, or there would be a ....
Better Use Of G-mail
What more can we do with G-mail ? (4) I was just sitting and staring at the enormous 2GB of space G-mail is giving us. Every second the
space is increasing, as can be seen on their web site's home page. I know there are
shell's available that allow G-mail t be used for file storage. But is there a way we can use
G-mail for hosting or something. So much of space going to waste. IF we could use even a fraction of

terabyte of space... now its more than like to have around hundreds and hundreds of thousands of
people who would've signed up for gmail.. now this is getting a bit unbeleivable.. if a

Gmail Working As An Ad?
Kerio against Google mail display? (1) Well, I just installed Kerio Personal Firewall, and set the firewall to block the Ads on the web.

Yahoo! Mail, Hotmail Or Gmail?
(51) Yahoo! Mail or Hotmail? Personally I would choose Yahoo! Mail, because it provides 250MB huge
storage and can send 10MB files comparing 2MB storage in Hotmail. 1GB huge storage is actually not
such useful and too much to simple user like me. Also with a Yahoo registed account, you can enjoy
