I hope this hasn't come up before. I did a quick search and I didn't find it, so I thought I'd post. If you are looking for graphic elements for designing your site, I think this is a fairly cool place. This is what they have to say: QUOTE Stock.XCHNG was launched in February 2001, as an alternative for expensive stock photography. The idea was to create a site where creative people could exchange their photos for inspiration or work. In about two years the site evolved into this massive community you see now - there are about 200.000 registered users and more than 100.000 photos online! I think I would recommend this site to those - * who are looking for graphics to enhance their website, and are not happy with the standard "free backgrounds" and "unlimited free clipart" sites, and do not have the time to create graphics of their own. *who are amateur photographers and would like to share their work with a fairly active community of fellow photographers. The CONS: -- Some photos require that you contact the photographer for permission - although this does not mean that you will have to spend money, it might take time. However, most photographs have no usage restrictions. -- You need to sign up for a (free) account before you can download the full-size photographs. -- You may not find exactly what you're looking for, because it's an user-built database. However, their search engine is reasonably good, and chances are that you will stumble upon what you want, even if it might take browsing through photos that don't interest you. Hope this is useful!

I have just had a look at this site and i does have some very good quality photos on it. You do have to create a free account, although this is quick and easy. I am yet to find an image I want to use that has any restrictions placed upon it. stock.XCHNG

Groupshot Creates Awesome Group Photos
(0) Hey I came across this pretty interesting piece of software that I think people would be interested
in. The software is called Group Shot. --- When you take photos, you will often take many
photos. However, there is usually not one single photo where everyone is smiling and looking good...
there might be, but since there are so many different photos, there must be better ones. Did you
notice that whenever you’re taking pictures of people in a group that there’s always at least one

Free Flash-based Photo Browsers
(1) Hello, Just wanted to let you know of some cool free flash-based applications to display photos on
your website. Just to be on the safe side I'm not affiliated with them on any way, just liked
their tool and thought it would be a good idea to let you know as it was pretty useful for me. They
have several applications, all of them have a free version, that should be enough for a personal
website. I've personally used : http:/www.airtightinteractive.com/simpleviewer/ but they also
have : http://www.airtightinteractive.com/projects/postcardviewer/ and: http....
Truefusion Image Gallery
(17) I think i've managed to get it to work well enough to be released. It's a simple image
gallery, so it has its limits, but can still satisfy the basic needs of a user looking for a quick
and easy-to-use image gallery script. The readme file included in the ZIP should cover about
everything. Categories are not really necessary, the script could do without them; that is, it can
just load up one whole folder into the main, first and only page. This script was designed to
include thumbnails by default, so if you don't have thumbnails, you're gonna see the gal....
Lightbox Js V2.0
Awesome image gallery script (3) Lokesh Dakar just realeased his new Lightbox script. It is an awesome image gallery script and can
really make any standart image gallery stand out. I have worked with version 1 of the script and it
was great already. The preview is awesome and I'm looking forward to implement it. The best
thing is that it is really easy to install on any type of image gallery you might have online
already, all it takes is 2 minutes of coding and a few find&replace commands. Wow, this sounds
more like an add for the script lol.. but yeah it is free and I love it: Lightbox JS v2.....

Hollywood Stock Exchange Game
Anybody play this? (3) I was searching for free games to put on my site, and found this one. Here's what the review
says: QUOTE HSX is just like Wall Street. Only difference: Instead of investing real dollars in
companies, you invest in free Hollywood Dollars(H$) in movies, stars, and musical artists. But
the goal is the same - buy low, sell high. By trading, you actually influence Hollywood. The
entertainment industry keeps a close eye on our markets to help them decide which movies to green
light and record deals to cut. Cool or what ? You won't find FOX or Disney stock lis....

Free Classified Ads--no Hype
Regional ads with photos at Craig's List (4) Craig's List has been around forever and it just keeps getting better. There's no hype, no
popups, no banners, just legitimate ads with photos that really pull. Our son sold 2 items over

your stuff, weekly, to stay near the top. /smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle'
