There is a free tool for viewing the hardware in your computer i absolutely love it. It is called "everest home" the project has been discontinued but the program itself has not. if you can't find it from their site feel free to google search it. the program offers an intuitive user interface and detail report generation. I've been repairing computers for years and the most annoying thing is trying to track down drivers to a bit of hardware but this program will tell you brand and model of all the hardware involved as well as often times give you a link to a known site for drivers or hardware support.
