Well some hours, this has been the status for two weeks now, i went there last to last week, last week and today also, i think that they have ran out of capactiy and till they expand they will not be able to offer the free domain, and about the 3$, they never asked me for it, or it must be something i missed

That is very true. I used to have a .co.nr domain, however. They require a link back otherwise they will delete your account. I think this is very pointless because just having a .co.nr domain would advertise for them anyway. But besides the required link back, freedomain.co.nr are great. Thay come with these features too:

If you go to freestarter.com they have a phone number you can call to get a free TLD domain name
.com, .org, .net, .info or whatever it is for businesses but I figure if you place an ad on your
