Just create another shortcut of Firefox. Then add /Prefetch:1

where do i put that in?

You put that in the shortcut address. For example if you installed your firefox into c:/program files/mozilla firefox/ than the address would be:
"c:/program files/mozilla firefox/firefox.exe" /Prefetch:1

I hope that clears things up a little bit.
