Everbody that watched at least a single movie on your computer in the last one or three years
probably know DivX format. This popular codec is so appreciated because of the mass usage in the p2p
community and of course because you can archive and compress your home-grown viedos... Developers,
which are here for developing the DivX package ofcourse don't sleep and wait and this is why
only a few days ago download of their latest package named DivX6 was possible from their website ..

First off I'm not sure if this topic should go in What is... so Admin feel free to close or move
it. I've download pocket pc Divx 0.8 and for some reason it would not play any files from mp3
to avi. I've heard people say it doesn't work and others say it works perfectly. Is it
because of different OS? I'm running Windows Pocket PC 2003 and it wouldn't play anything.

Has anyone found a codecs pack that has real player divx wmv codecs inside? I know about nimo codecs
pack 5 but it has basics like mpeg3 mpeg4 and divx etc... If any one knows a pack please tell me
where i can get it. Thanks...
