Did Amd Buy Ati ?

There's been a lot of rumor going around for days that AMD is considering to but ATI Technologies. Well there's no definite proof, or anything official , but I just came across this post in OCWorkbench.com ::

Well I tried all of those. But the end comma seemed to be ingored no matter whatever I try !
