Hey guys, Sorry if this isn't in an appropriate section it's kinda difficult to navigate
all the sections to find one that suits each issue, and from what I can tell there isn't a
general " ask questions here about random stuff" section. I'm sure almost everyone here has
been on YouTube, Google video, or a site like those that contain tutorials for photo shop,
programing, or anything else that you can find on your computer. I was wondering if you guys knew
what kind of software they use? I'm looking to take video of me working on my computer...

Its really distracting seeing people "create" what they think are master pieces on windows movie
maker. Its the lamest and really requires no skill. So im gunna whack my vote on Adobe Premiere Pro
2 and Adobe After Affects 7 combined to make the best in the video editing range. It requires stacks
of skills, you can download plenty of add-on effects and you can futher mod it if you wish in After

i have a question, would somebody tell me the software (if there any) of making video when we use
some applications in our computer, it's like a tutorial video, if you answer it using the video
camera it was a bad job, but i think it uses a software/an application which records our activity

I am looking for a free, decent video editing software. It does not need a lot of features. But I
would like it to have the "slicing options", so I can split/cut films. I would also like it to have
a simple intro option, just making simple intros with text. And the last thing, this is really
important so listen up: It must not require my computer to have sound. I messed something up, so the
sound is not working. This is causing my Windows Movie Maker not to work - since it requires some

Ok, well i bought this Flash Disk and it is basicly a portable memory stick that you can plug into
the USB Drives of computers, and i have stuff on there i want protectd, and i waswondering if anyone
knows of any software that i can put on there to pasword protect EVERYTHING that is in the drive,

I upgraded to vista, and i just love the os. It is fast stable, and real eye candy. Now i installed
most of necessary software without any problems, it's just now i tried to install CamStudio to
continue my Video tutorial lessons, but i found it very confusing couse Vista doesn't seem to
recognize video codec (found on the same page). I would really need help from video wiz guys if any

Okay, I have the program Marcomedia 8 which is pretty cool, but is still very confusing for me. I
don't know much on it at all and I was wondering how to create a flash player like sites such as
Youtube, Google, Spikedhumor, and etc. Basicly I want a way where I can stream my videos on my site
with my own player, that doesn't have the name Youtube, and such on it. Also, if I change it,
the school will be able to view it since its not blocked. I want my flash player to have play,

I already know how to put sound. But i encounter a problem which i forgot how to solve. When i test
movie the song starts again when it hits the keyframe so lots of sounds. Then in the properties i

Ok, well i have been working on this project for about a week now, lol i have like 40 video files
that i cut the beginning minute, and last 10 seconds off of the videos. i am using windows movie
maker to do this in, and well i just finished cutting all of the files, and i went to play them....
and like the first half is absoloutly fine, but the second half, the audio gets all out of sync with
the video it is about a second behind the video. any ideals on how i can fix this? maybe i need to
re-encode all of the files again, or somthing else, i dont know plz help /biggr...

I would like to know which you think is the best video editing program. First of all I have worked
with standard Windows Movie Maker, but soon I wanted to do things more complicated. So, now, I'm
working with Pinnacle Studio 10. It has good features and relatively easy to handle, but it
sometimes simply closes down. Furthermore, the Studio 10.0 s horrible and one has to download a
bunch of patches. So does anybody have a good program with good features and easy to handle?...

Hi, I have a problem with my USB flash drive. When I insert it to my computer it gets detected and
I get a drive letter for it. When I click the drive letter in Explorer it says 'Insert a medium
in drive X:' I can't format it in Windows XP also. Does anyone know how to format this

I have looked all over the far corners of the internet for a video converter. No, not a .mov to .wmv
or anything like that. I want ANYTHING to a DVD. No VCDs or anything like that. I want this because

Four days ago I formatted my computer and have been installing all of my applications. I went to the
Macromedia site and installed flash player, and the movie is shown saying that it has installed
succesfully. However, if I go to a website that hosts flash player 8 content, It usually does not
display correctly and it tells me to go download the new player. No matter how many times I
re-install the player through the Macromedia website it does not "take". Any Ideas? Is there
anywhere I can get Flash Player 8 from as a .exe I can run and install? Thanks in advance....

Just ten minutes ago. I have installed the new flash player ( 8.0r24 )on my system. This is a
ActiveX Control for IE. But what it said was "failed to register component flash.ocx". What's
wrong? After a search of www.adobe.com. A tech. note tell the true what's happen. There are some
issue with new flash player that will fail the installation. You have to download a flash player
uninstaller to fixed this problem. go here to check if you face the same problem. Don't worry
