Ofcourse Firefox.
Why?
Cause it has features that IE has gotten with SP2, but IE still lacking of some. Firefox has no problems with webdesigners and webcoders, no hacks are really needed for FF. IE is nightmare in this field. FF has already Popup blocker, scripts can be additionally installed if needed................,.......,.........,....IE is history.

IE is a fine browser, microsoft will be upgrading it when longhorn comes out, it'll be up to firefox's standard easy. They've practicly fixed most securety issues with it by releasing SP2. Most casual users couldn't be bothered installing firefox unless is had a huge advantage over it.

IE needs...

FIREFOX is best browser by my opinion: Mozilla.org, an open-source effort created by some of the original pre-AOL Netscape designers, has been working on Firefox, its Internet Explorer alternative, for several years now. On Tuesday, the group released the much-anticipated preview of Firefox 1.0. The so-called Mozilla Firefox 1.0 Prerelease (PR) is very stable--unlike most betas--and offers many advanced features that should put Microsoft on notice.

I use Slimbrowser a free good browser.
It has a nice graphic look, tabs to keep show your open websites.
And i don't have to type www. and .com or .org or. tk or what ever your settings are.
Give it a try and find out.

Slimbrowser is only a shell to IE.
So it has the same bugs, the same security holes, and the same problems with internet standards.

So it's as deprecated as IE...

I have a serious problem on my main PC. Firefox refuses to open. It goes directly to the crash
