| | I was wondering if anyone could give me a step by step instructions for setting up an addon domain? I tried setting one up following the video tutorial, and I got an error (see the attached bmp file).

P.S., In Screen 1, I left the passwordx blank for obvious security reasons. It was filled out when I attempted to set up an addon domain. |

Have you made sure to point the domain name servers at ns.computinghost.com and ns2.computinghost.com you can do it through your domain name registrar.

Is it a new Domain? I can't resolve the Domain name. When did you purchase it? What Domain Name Servers is it pointed to at present?

www.childrenofconan.trap17.com/index.html I want to be able to change my domain so when I visit
www.ageofilluminati.com it will direct everything. Forsay when I hit downloads it will direct to
www.ageofilluminati.com/downloads.html not www.childrenofconan.trap17.com/downloads.html. I havent
set it up yet and I just want to be able to change this information so it works. I know that the

to put the ip address of my trap17 hosting account. The main domain works out perfectly after

Firefox Problems theme or addon diabled
(2) The usually excellent Firefox is annoying me. When ever I try & install a theme or add-on im
greeted with: 'Software installation is currently disabled. Click Edit Options to enable it &
try again' So off I go to edit options, & nowhere is there 'enable software
installation', ive looked through every menu on firefox & just cant find it. Where am I going

Invisible Redirect Help
addon domain redirect invisibly (1) Ok so I bought a domain name from yahoo and set it up. I added the trap17 name servers on it and
added it as an addon domain in my trap17 cpanel. I have the addon domain redirect set to redirect
it correctly, but it changes to my atomicnacho.trap17.com/mynewdomain-com/ URL in the address bar.
I would like it to stay as www.mynewdomain.com. The redirect works fine, but the URL changes in the
address bar. I need to make sure that the new domain points to a folder under my main public_html,

Mostly directed towards Admins- (5) Yo, Today I purchased my TLD, with Yahoo! and realized that domain registration takes 72 hours.
Ok, no biggie- So go ahead and change my domain name from thablkpanda.trap17.com, to

the right domain ALSO- I open the 'Parked Domains' section, and I see my subdomain at the

(5) Hello. Recently I have been trying to set up a domain name I purchased and have been having many
difficulties with doing so. By the way, I have a purchased account (Plan A), not a free account.
Also, more than 72 hours have passed since changing NS's.
1) When searching the forums for help I
have found that apparently one of the servers, or something, is currently down on the NS's that I
have linked to. On the support page it tells me to put the NS's as: ns1.vaio-hosting.com &
