| | Since yesterday I have this problem,
my site, nor my CPanel refuse to load,
Ive tried to access my CPanel trough the link on here, trough the normal www.domain.bla/cpanel and the secure way,
but both my Mozilla and IE cannot load my CPanel.
Ive deleted all cookies, history, temp. internetfiles and such, shutted down AV and firewall, but still nothing, beside the DNS page.
My domain is www.ancient-armada.com

Well I can see your page or rather the welcome to trap17 page, it would either be that your IP got blocked or your ISP is blocking it, I would suggest emailing support and see if your IP got blocked, if it has they just to unblock it and your set. If its your ISP then try two things; first go to a proxy site and see if you can display your page and log into CPanel, if you can do that and your IP is not blocked from the xisto servers. Then you have to contact your ISP and see if gamma server/domain is blocked on there end. Since you mention that your turned everything off, did you happen to make any updates to your system from the last time you could log in successfully to now? If so try a system restore to back when it was working and see if anything happens, and if nothing changes then you do a system restore-restore that way you bring back your computer to where it was during this incident.

I havent got a reply yet. Nor havent I updated my system in the meanwhile, but I can also see my site trough the proxy-site, weird... I think its what you guys say about my IP, I hope I get a reply from xisto soon

I need help and fast (1) My account was recently suspended because my hosting credits went below 0.00 days, this was totally
unintentional because i was away and didn't have access to a computer. It was a family issue.
Anyways i posted in the forums and my hosting credits are now 6.34 days, but when i try to log into
the c-panel it doesn't want to enter. It doesn't say anything about an error, the page
simply doesn't load. I don't know what the problem is and i want to use the same sub domain.
what should i do. do my credit have to go up to a certain number or what exactly is....
Cannot Connect With Ftp [resolved]
Default account can, but not created FTP account. (3) I have a bit of a strange problem that someone here may be able to help with. I am preparing my new
Trap17 account for my new site, and am setting up FTP access. I can login quite fine by using the
default login details, using my cPanel username and password as my FTP login credentials. However, I
have created a new FTP account using cPanel, giving access directly to the /public_html/ folder,
with a username of webmaster. Below is the result of a Core FTP session, which shows that my
password is not being accepted... Resolving ftp.travstatesmen.trap17.com... Connect ....
Page Load Error When Accessing Cpanel
(0) Not sure what the issue is. I cannot even load up any of the cpanel's to allow me to put in a
password. I have tried the link that is located in the Credit System 2.0 I have tried the links
with subdomain/cpanel I have tried the links with subdomain:2082 All 3 of these just give page
load errors. Please note : This isn't a "my password doesn't work" thread. This is a "I

How Do I Close My Hosting Account?
(1) I would like to close my hosting account because I am moving to a new paid host but I am unsure how
to close the account so that if I need to in the future I can open it without having negative
credits. (I realize that all my info from my site will be wiped and if I reopen it will be from
scratch and Ill probably need to get the 30 creds again and what not)....

My Site Fails To Load
My site always times out, and fails to load (16) Hey all... Whe I try to access my site, it always times out, when I try to ping, it does the
same... DNS records are accessible, and I get all my emails for the domain (todorowww.net)... I am
hosted on Gamma server, and I can access it, and get that cPanel page... But, when I try my site, it
won't load... Is there some problem with the server or something? FTP doesn't work either...
This is the case for a few days now, at first I thought it was just a temporary error, but it
appears not to be... I have avout 20 credits left, so that shouldn't be the issue.......
Gamma Servers' Problem
This topic is for all who have their account on Gamma Server & ha (1) Okay I see a lot of chaos all around and my site zoebelkin.co.cc is still down. Everything including
FTP, CPanel etc are down. My site is on the gamma server. I see that all the servers are moved
around a lot and the IP blocks also changing. So what is the new IP set for 'gamma'. When
doing a reverse check on gamma I see it is still assigned to it's previous IP but when I'm
trying to access the previous IP's port 80 then I get a Server not found error. Also the
gamma.xisto.com name for the server fails to open the default Apache page which it used to ....

Some Pages On My Site Won't Even Load..
(6) Ever since today, my site has been working just fine. I'm maintaining the amount of points I
need, and the server status has been and still is fine. However, a while ago I tried to access my
site and it wasn't loading. When I loaded the root URL, it worked fine though. I went to the
file manager and noticed that the file I was trying to previously access was .php, and the index
file at my root URL was .html. I deleted the index.html file and made a index.php file, then tried

Problems Adding An Email Account
(3) Hello, I am trying to add an email account, but I'm having problems. When I go into my Cpanel
and attempt to add an email account I get a message similar to "the account you are trying to
create, You have exceeded the maximum number of email accounts , with the password password
has been created successfully" And, of course, no email account is created. I know I am not

I was approved but... (5) So, my hosting application was screened and approved about 5-6 days ago. My understanding is that I
then go to trap17.com/manage and then log in. I do this, and see a link "Check your Installation
Configuration (Important, if you have just activated your account)." When I click this, I get a page
that says that my account status is "NON-HOSTED." Am I doing something wrong? Did I forget to do
something? This may not be the appropriate place to post this, but I couldn't find anywhere else

Help With Reactivating Suspended Account

posting here: My account was recently suspended due to negative hosting credits. As requested I
increased my balance to more than 4 credits. I have had approx. 7.1 credits for about 10 hours now,
and my account has still not be reactivated. I noticed in the FAQ that once accounts are back to a
positive 4 credit balance, they are automatically reactivated. It does mention that it can take

Ftp Trap17 Account Help Please
cPanel issues and can't upload files (14) A few days ago I tried to log into cPanel on my site ( www.liamssite.trap17.com ) and it didnt work.
