Hello everybody i have finally finished 90% of my website and i was hoping everybody could visit the link below and give me inputs,modifications,ratings etc. And please let me know right away if theirs something against TOS.
My site is based upon many things, Like xbox gaming a definite im a HUGE fan,Also gfx designing im returning from a 2 year retirement take some time to get my groove back but were opening that up,theirs also an added bonus arcade games added daily please review my site all input please.
Good graphics but far too many - your site takes a long time to download fully. You need to tidy your code up - there's a lot of extra closing tags (in total, 22 validator errors and 265 warnings). Your navigation links are too dark against the dark background. Not a big fan of scrolling things particularly when there's more than one and when they're scrolling in different directions. Scrollers are used to catch attention but when there's too many of them they actually distract rather than attract. Your layout breaks if resized to anything smaller than 1024 x 780. You've got loads of meta keywords and search engines don't use those anymore.

Ok well first off i got to the bottom of the slow load its my flash but i also found out after you load the site once it will load extremely fast from then on kinda like cookies u already have em so its gonna show up right away when u delete em then it will load slow again but also because im mainly based on xbox im gonna have a xbox theme as default and have many other themes available to registered users and i have added more games hehehehe...lol also i cant tamper with the theme or else thats copyright i can get sued i dont need that ya know anyways i appreciate your input im gonna make some changes ill inform ya when they have been done and hoping i can get input again.
-Link colors on the left nav bar -validation is important! -can you reduce the size of your files by any chance or offer a text/small image only thing for people with slow internet? -marquees are generally bad design :/ -remember to organize your content and make sure that people across browsers can see it.

I have no clue what you guys are talking about slow loading.... I have crappy dsl and it loaded in less than a second. The only reason I can think of that there would be such a variety of load times is when you visit it and how much load the server has at the time. Because like on my site, there are times it loads fast and no problems what so ever, but there are times it takes forever to load which is mainly a problem with the server having to much of a load. So I would be saying the site is bad just because it loads slow for you.
Personally, I like the banner a lot. Nice little flash work with the moto, but if I were you I would make it a little more creative then just a fade in/out.
On the navigation on the left, You really need to change the link colors from the normal text. It is hard to tell which are links and which are categories. I would just darken the categorys' names a bit so there more of a contrast between them.
Your site is probably pretty knew from the look of things but you really need to get a lot more content on it. For example, there is nothing in the download section. The journal module isn't activated and the forum link doesn't work.

Ok here is the deal half of you saw default theme half of you didnt site was down for maintenance i tried reducing load speed it worked from everything i hear,now the default theme is back and forum link issue fixed reason that wasnt working is i was updating installing sentinel security and fixes and patches and i hit a road block on the way everything is now back up if it still loads slow im sorry thats just how it is switch themes if u want.....lol And navigation is diff. alot less and modules slowly being activated....
Hi, I know this site is not very artistic but I've created it so that it can be seen on a 28
kbps modem with decent speed. So that it doesn't take a lot of time to load. So I've
designed a template & used it to display page specific content. This helps me to cache the design &
logos and change the [age specific content at a decent rate. I have myself tried to load the pages
with 33 kbps modem and it loads in almost 5 secs for the first time and later for the next pages it
just loads in a flash. Man it's awsome. I didn't think it will work in thios....

I've always started projects and never finish because I try and do too much but this time I
figured out I really need my own protfolio site when going for a job you need one, people want to
see your work and having it online in one location would be much nicer then having them go to
different links, look in your CD/DVD or computer hard disk drives. I started this 2 days ago and
have the template almost solid. There is probably some bugs I'm missing but I'll try and
clean it up later when I have time. I think I'm happy enough with the overall look and lay....
