Hey all, I checked out the Hosting Credits FAQ and did not find a explanation to my problem so I am
posting here: My account was recently suspended due to negative hosting credits. As requested I
increased my balance to more than 4 credits. I have had approx. 7.1 credits for about 10 hours now,
and my account has still not be reactivated. I noticed in the FAQ that once accounts are back to a
positive 4 credit balance, they are automatically reactivated. It does mention that it can take
longer due to server load though. Is there server just under extremely heavy load t...

Ok so I go on to my forum and find that it is suspended....why? As far as I know, I haven't
broken any rules yet have I? (My forum is http://sherwoodinfo.trap17.com) and my hosting credits
aren't below 0....by the way that leads to another question of mine, Last night I went on here
to find that I had .99 days left of hosting credits.... "Yikes I better post!" So I post (non
spam) to about 12 days of hosting credits....I come back today to find that I have .89 days left...
And my account is suspended, can I please have an answer to this? Thank you......

Well my domain says I am suspended and I have most definitely NOT dropped negative at all. I am
currently sitting on 8 points. I guess I shouldn't find this a surprise with all of these
people's account being wrongly suspended lately. But to get it resolved a thread is necessary.

I had to go on a trip with my school and my hosting account became suspended while I was away. I
have posted and my account has been re-activated, but I can't get rid of the redirect. Current

I haven't been below 0 credits, yet, my account is suspended? What's going on? I've got
a little over 2.5 credits now, and had maybe 0.3 today, before I posted a problem post in this

I ran out of credits, yesterday. I was fine with that no problem. I was minus 4.5 days. I got up to
5 days. Left it and just check it not more then 1 mintue ago, 24 hours after the orginal suspention.

OK, my hosting account was upgraded so my hosting credits were set to 0. I went to stay with my
sister for a couple of days and when I got back I had -4 hosting credits and my account was
suspended. I've now got 6 hosting credits. My main site is working but all of the addon
domains I added go to the Suspended Account Page. What do I do???...

I have earned to a credit of 5 which is more than the required amount of credits (4) but I still

My site, http://gamerglitch.com/ was suspended, however, I earned the credits to bring it back,
and a couple hours later it came back. However, the http://gamerglitch.com/xbox360/ is sill, for

I found my account suspended today and when I checked my credits on trap17, it was somewhere around
-4 (which I feel should have been around 0). Post I posted on the forum and now my credits are

Hello, Recently my hosting account for www.plugcomputers.com was suspended for insificient hosting
credits. Last night, I worked posting to get credits back to the positive and I also did some
posting today I currently have enough credits for hosting about 6.5 I think, but my account has not
been reactivated. This happened another time and you guys did a great job reactivating my account in
an hour or so. It has been almost 24 hours and my account is still listed as suspended when you try

hello. my hosting credits recently went into the negatives and my site was suspended. the last few
times this happened to me i did some forums posting until my credits went into the positives again.
soon after my site would automatically restore itself. going into the negatives this time around, i
brought it back up and my site still hasnt been restored. it think its been about 2 days... can

my accoutn was suspended a couple days ago due to lack of credits. (been pre-occupied) but since
then i've mounted enough credits to get it re-opened. (i did this when i realised it was
suspended) but it still isn't Un-Suspended. normally it takes a few hours to correct itself, in

I had gotten my hosting account to like 20 credits because I had anticipated being really busy well
I had let it go lax I don't remember the exact amount it had gotten to in the negative but I
came back and posted to about 2 or 3 in the positve with the full intention of coming back to get
