Keyword Relevancy Addition to Board Rules & Guidelines? I recently became aware of

I really hope this is not on the forums anywhere but I did check. Why can we not Delete any of our
posts? Like in one case a member accidently double posted. I wish there was a feature that allowed
us to delete any posts that we make. I know nothing of how to do this but I know some things. Lets
sat I wanted to delete this post. After I deleted my Posts Count would go down and credits would be
deducted for exactly how many I earned in this posts. We are allowed to edit and change a few things
to out posts but I think we need more editing ability with our own posts. An...

How about that Trap17 limits maximum number of posts that you can get credits for in one day? My

A member (.nol) brought up an excellent point today. Index (table of content) of tutorials. An
easy way to browse what kinds of tutorials are available in Trap17--both general and GFX. The
simplest way of doing this is to generate RSS by sub-forum and then present it via Annex (for those
who do not know it's our Community page). Or, if OpaQue grants, I can include HTML code to
Tutorial Index forum post. Either way, it should be automated and updated according to RSS feed.
RSS is the easy part. What I would like for all members of Trap17 to do is think about how RS...

Perhaps you could PM or Email us when are hosting credits reach a certain level, reminding us to
post before the credits go out. Those who haven't got trap17 as their home page may forget to
post that day and get the problem of having to post again....

I think posting in the Showoff thread under the GFX Section should be counted for credits. That is
probably my favorite section. I am not making this suggestion for myself but the Showoff section is
really one of the major parts of the GFX section and it doesnt even count credits. I dont want
anyone to get mad at me for making this suggestion so if you dont like it then just leave it be....

Hello gy's I was googling my links today, because my php forum told me google had visit. And
gues what it found me true trap17 forum. I think it woud be usefull for creating a topic for your
links. Yust post them in there and update your post everytime. Trap17 gives users a way for posting
there links on google and other serch machines, and that way inproving the service really a lot. For
users that don't get serch submission they can do this. And you can help them get visitors to

Well I was just looking at this profile and this user has been inactive for a long time. Why
don't Admin delete these accounts. He has one post and it was closed for already been posted.
Why don't they delete these accounts. It makes me kind of mad that some people go on Trap17 and

I don't know about other people, but when i choose to subscribe to a topic I always choose the
same exact method of notification (in my case, none at all). It'd be rather nice to have an
option to set a predefined choice in order to cut down on all the needless repitition. Certainly not
a huge problem, but it'd be nice. It'd also be nice if the topics you subscribed to were
listed on the mainpage of the control panel. It already lists recently viewed posts (which is kinda
pointless in my humble opinion), so why not add that as well? Thankyou for you...

Hey guys. As some of the mods may know (Jlhaslip and Mayank among others), I report a fair amount
of posts and users. And I have a suggestion, since this is how I find this stuff. If you see a new
member with under 75 posts, that has posted a topic UNDER 50-70 characters, you need to review all
of his posts. I have caught three members within two days by doing this. And I will continue to do
this. The reason is these people tend to have the nasty habit of posting consistently short posts.

Ok so your happily posting and you hit the post button too many times because your internet is slow.
We can't delete our own posts so we have to let a mod know. Or you want to add to your post. I
personally think this is kind of a good idea because it will help the forums run more smothely if
people can edit or delete their posts. What do you guys think?...

I suggest that you make it possible for people to buy credits. The credits should be cheaper than
actual paid hosting. I think this is a good idea becuase users can post their way to getting 10
credits, but to keep their hosting they can buy, say, 100 credits. Then 100 days later they can buy
another 100. I think this will really lead to the success of this forum. Hope I helped....

hi friends, I just got a suggestion to make. Admins, just see whether it would help? Since there
are some topics which are made just for the sake of it and not of high interest. What I suggest is
that the topic starter can be given additional credits if he/she starts a topic which if of interest
to more members. This can be judged from the number of replies that are generated or by the number
of topic views. It can be set that for every 10 replies the topic owner gets certain credit points.
or may be for every 20/50 views that the topic generates, the member can be aw...

im suggesting that there should be a limit that your credits can go into the negatives. a while ago
i was really busy with school, sports, and everyday stuff. during this time, i did not have much
time to get online and i stopped going to this site for awhile. now i am back and want to get my
site back up so i can try some things. the thing is, my credits are way below zero. currently im at
-31 hosting credits. and you need 5 credits to get your site back up (i think its 5, not sure). i
was thinking that it might be an okay idea if you put a limit to how far your credits...

Hi Everyone. I have a suggestion which quite possibly have been suggested before. My suggestion is
to have an e-mail reminder sent out to users who's hosting credits are below, lets say, 4
points. that way, users who can not return to the forums frequently could still be aware of their
credit status and avoid account suspension, it will also help bring back members to the forums to
post. Another option, which sounds best to me but might be harder to acheive, is to create a small
application that sits in your task bar and displays your current hosting credits, each...

I've seen too many Netbux topics and it's driving me nuts. Newly registered people post a
new topic and shove referral links into our faces. Maybe there should be a single pinned topic for
people who want to advertise their referral links. I've seen many people make a new Netbux
topic, say what it does, and shove their link. I suggest that the topic will be about people
stating why you should use their referral link. Plus, in a single topic, the people won't have
to be persistent and make you want to use their referral link LESS. Those Netbux-Referral...

I wanna suggest a new skin, that takes a much shorter amount of time to load, cPanel is very slow on
my side, i dont know if im the only one, but my connection is good so it cant be that. Maybe you
guys could add a LoFi version of cPanel in, that doesnt have a large amount of images in it (im
guessing thats whats causing the slow loading)...

okay i read Dooga's topic just a second ago and i think that if the the admin the main admin
wants to know something about your account i think that he needs to pm the member on this forum and
tell the person that its him and ive seen this done on a different place. that way no members can
give info to a fake admin. I mean it would make so much sense instead of making topics about
impersonators and fake posters. I also think the real admin should also give a link to his real
email address so that we know that it is him asking for account info. Well that is my sugge...

I would suggest that you add an affiliates page or some affiliates stuff on other websites...it
would greatly increase your the amount of members you get a day and it would get your name out
there for everyone to see....Thats just my opinion. Also, it would help other peoples websites get
THEIR name out there...because you guys have a good amount of members....

I was just thinking...I know I would really like it...but would you mind making a board dedicated
to graphics and so forth. You could allow people to request sigs and banners for their websites and
so forth. I think the board would get alot of attention. I know that there is a creativity forum,
but it just doesn't seem to fit....

I found that many people are confused about the post issue, where you have to have more than 300
charecters. However, I have a better suggestion. If you made a addon called "Good Posts" and after
that put the script of 300 charecters and another one saying "Total Posts" with the normal script.
For example, I posted 10 normal posts and 6 GOOD posts. That way, the ranks for the forum will rise
faster, yet, we still know how many posts are good. That way, I don't say n00b until I post over
30000 charecters in the forum....
