| | Let me explain to you the Scenario , im under a Router and from that router the connection goes to a Layer 2 Switch ( Highly Intelegent ) Now from this switch there goes around 7 sub networks ,
How ever each subnetwork is being able to communicate within theriselves but cannot communicate with other subnetworks though they are under the same L3 Switch. i understand that the Gateway address differs for each subnetworks from the L3 swith.
But is there any way to Communicate among these sub networks ? |

The downside to having subnets is that they can't communicate with other subnets as far as i know. I know that a switch won't let you communicate with different subnets, but I think a router would let you do that. Getting all those routers isn't really feasible however. I would maybe look into running a VLAN. Then use one router to handle the VLANS. You can run one VLAN off of a switch, but if you have more (and diff subnets) you need to have a router.

Getting A Link From Dropdownmenu In A Layer ?!1
(1) I have been wrestling with this issue some time now and can't figure it out. I have a
dropdownmenu with some data (pulled from a database using php, but that's unimportant). Now when
one selects a item form that menu I want the page to which that item links to be opened in a layer.
There are 2 things Going on: 1. I use javascripts include('layer','content.php');
function to load a page in a layer. Works like a charme. 2. the dropdown menu CAN open the page to
which the items link in the same page using: document.nav.SelectURL.options .value"....
Getting Two Flash Movies To Communicate
communicating between two flash movies (8) I'm just wondering if anyone here has tried or gotten two flash movies to communicate. I'll
explain. If say you had an html page which had two embeded flash movies, can you or have you gotten

Turn A Layer Object Into A Mask (photoshop 6/7/cs)
Hint of the day. (0) Did you know you can turn a layer object into a mask? Using another object as a mask is referred to
as a clipping group. When you group two or more layers, the base (bottommost) layer becomes a mask
for the entire group. Any texture or color layers above the base layer are clipped so they only
show on the base graphic. This nifty feature allows you to control what your various layers affect
in an image. To group layers, you can link them and then choose Layer > Group Linked. As an
alternative, you can also -click ( -click in Windows) the line between the two layers....
