Add www.imagecave.com to your list, this host is great , has a lot of features and since I use them I never see downtimes, also www.flickr.com is great it has a lot of features like posting images to your blog, etc

Tools For Photo Album With Html
(12) I'm new in web design and I want to build a web site where my family can view thumbnail pages

A Couple Of Good Flash Sites
