Still Shopping, But... - Few Questions

I am looking at Plan 7S. I plan on hosting a download database, and since I am paying for the bandwidth I don't see how this can cause any red flags with the terms or conditions. i plan to host content that is copyrighted however may be used personally (non-commercially).

Will this cause my account to be investigated/suspended/terminated by ComputingHost?

We take actions only when your downloads cause the companies (owners of the software) to contact us, asking us to take action OR asking us to disable the downloads.

Otherwise, We never had any major issues as such :-) We basically mean "peace". :-)

    service, just wondering if quality increases with payment) Is the activation immediate? *edit.. new
    question: If I go over the bandwidth limit, does my site show an error until next month, or do I get
    charged with fees. And can I upgrade bandwidth/space if I need to in future? ....

    Ok I currently am using another free host. And I need to make a move quick. I was thinking of going
    with company x which offers 250GB of bandwidth, and 5GB of storage for the low 2.99/month. But I ran
    across computinghost. I like the fact that I can have unmetered email, mysql databases and such not
    offered with company x. My first ? is what is the size limit of the mysql databases? or is there a
    limit? Also on the bandwidth how much is it extra if I go over? Another thing, many sites now days
