| | I have been trying to setup my subdomain at trap17 and have enough credits to go for it. The problem is that when I go to the process page and start off with setting up the subdomain it keeps giving error message which is as follows "user boxerdude couldnot be added" however it also shows acct creation complete. When I tried to setup acct again it gave the message "Ouch, sorry that groupname (boxerdude) is taken. Check /etc/group" I have tried adding my dubdomain with different usernames but to no avail. Please help. |
