| | Hi, i normally use soulseek as my p2p software and i was quite happy with it until i was forced to move to the new 156 version. Now i can't do nothing no more 
It starts working fine but in less than a minute, i have my CPU up to 100% and my memory requests are shooting high, if i wait for near 15 minutes i got a "can't log on, server might be temporarily down"...
I've went to their site, and quite a lot o people are experiencing the same, but without any reply anwser from the soulseek team....does anyone has the same problem and has worked out a solution ?

...i never used Soulseek... but i used DC++...and i can say only the best about it... you can find whirly everything with it... Once you install DC++...you will forget about Soulseek:D

DC++? Where's the website ? (ok ok i'll try google  ) Ok i will give it a try...but i must say that Soulseek was great while it worked, especcially the "whishlist" feature, very good for finding particular hard-to-get files. Thanks m8 Nuno

Well i've downloaded DC++ but i can't work with it since my college firewall doesn't allows it:( I've asked about this software to some m8's of mine and they were unanimous in saying that's indeed the best p2p software to use, aldo i can't use it here, i do thank you for your good advice  Meanwhile i've solved my problem by full uninstalling Soulseek and a clean install that is now working fine... Once again thanks for the tip m8  I think we can now close this topic

A hidden Easter egg in the newest version of GE 4.2 (6) Hi I found out on a website that there is a hidden Flight Simulator in the most recent version of
Google Earth 4.2 . You can make it active by pressing CTRL+ALT+A which will open a window where you
can choose from two airplanes (F-16, SR22) and an airport from which you want to take off. After you
activate the Flight Simulator for the first time it will appear in the Tools menu. You can also
press CTRL+A for faster way of activating it which will activate the Flight simulator on the spot

Garage Band! Windows Version?
Anyone know of a windows version of garage band? (7) Garage is a awesome program for music editing and making raw little loops and cool music.

Import /export In Outlook 2007
Doesn't work!!! (2) I just discovered that the option import/export in my Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 doesn't
work.. I have a list of contacts in Windows Address Book and I want to import it to Outlook 2007 but
I couldn't do that!! the import and export button is exists but it's always
shadowed.. is it the same in yours?!!....

Is There A Software That'll Make Rapidshare.com Work?!?
RapidShare.com isn't working... and it's frustrating me. (0) I download a lot of stuff nowadays, but rarely from mirror sites or filesharers. Occasionally,
though, the time comes when I must resort to using sites like rapidshare to download stuff. The
problem is I can't get that darn website to work no matter what I try! It just blocks me
from the download, saying that the session was invalid. I heard from someone that a lot of people
have similar problems, and for most, the only way to fix it is to use a proxy or register for
premium. But proxies haven't worked for me either, and I don't have the money for premiu....
Wlm Disconnecting Alot!
Is it to do with my computer or the version of WLM? (3) Hello, im not sure if this should go in this topic and sorry if it shouldn't. As my topic says,
WLM or Windows Live Messenger continually disconnects me whenever i am connected and using it. When
ever i go to chat with a friend there will be a little error message saying im not connected. I
didn't choose to sign out, it seems to do this by itself. Could there be a problem with my

It doesnt work properly (3) Hey everyone. I have never been a fan of itunes but since i own a ipod, i kinda have to use it to
obtain the best functionality. On tuesday, Apple not only released new versions of the ipod but they
also released iTunes 7. For those of us who had to use iTunes to transfer music, etc. to our ipods

(0) I released v3.0 of cmbeasy today. The main changes are in the graphical user interface: plotting and
printing of confidence regions (both one and two dimensional) is now much more sophisticated. Some

Installing A Server On Linux?, Doesn't Seem To Wor
(3) I've been trying to install a server on my Mankdrake 10 linux distro machine, but it has failed.
I followed a book, I followed several "install mysql" tutorial stuff and it doesn't seem to
work. I am new to linux and I have never had even an RPM work on this computer. Its not a slow
computer, but it runs a 1.7g Intel Celeron, 300+ Ram (256 + 128), built in graphics and sound -
sound doesn't work, and screensavers are slow as hell. I think the os has lots a problems with
the hardware (duh), and I'm not sure where to get drives (not that ill be able to use....

and now I sit down to use Works and it seems like all of the features that I liked to use are now
