This is not a new thing and yet I am just now venting about it because I am sick of them. *WARNING* If you are a small child, I mean nothing unless you live in my region... Ever been to the movies on the day that a movie comes out and it's packed with little children shrieking and shouting and weirdly laughing at EVERY part? I have... Do they have to laugh so loud? Some movies are funny, I know, and I'm okay with that. I laugh too! Sort of like in some scary movies when one of the stupid sets of parents bring in their little child or children and they gasp at the parts that are almost scary and then they start to cry at the scary part and the parent lets them cry of they just yell at them in the middle of the movie at the top of their lungs at them to shut up.... I guess that I just have all of the wrong luck at the worst of times. Why are parents so ignorant that they bring such small children into movies like that? Why?! How come they can't just go and see some nice animated movie that I'M NOT IN! I hate people and I believe that this makes me hate small children too... If we didn't need them to futher our society, then I would just love to use a small or industrial sized staple gun or equal destructive equipment like a laser gun to knock them off the face of the planet forever.... Well, thanks for hearing me out... Suddenly, I feel so much better!

I have to agree that if you aren't of age or mature enough to watch certain types of movies like scary ones or if you are just gonna be loud and annoying and not courteous to others well then you shouldn't be there. Of course the little children sometimes come because their parents drag them along because they can't leave them home alone and for some reason doesn't have a babysitter which sometimes isn't their fault so sometimes it isn't the children's fault it is the parents. I think maybe those types of people should wait for it to come out on DVD or something.

Mainly, I think the problem is teens. They know the part isn't funny, but are so immature and just laugh and ruin it for everyone else. But, if they're having a good time, it doesn't matter how everybody else is right? Sometimes kids need to just grow up and realize that they aren't the only people in the world! Parents also need to wake up and go to the movie with their kid, especially if they have a bad reputation. In their mind, throwing a kid at the movie gives them free time to relax, while everyone else in the theater has to suffer. That's just my opinion though.

You know i have 2 baby brothers and a baby sis. I love kids, but this really gets on my nerve. I think the worst is when they KICK THE BACK OF YOUR CHAIR OVER, AND OVER AGAIN. Why would you bring a kid to any movie other then a kids movie, unless they can behave. My baby brothers and sister act great, but my baby sister makes noise so i would never bring her to a movie unless it was like "The Teddy Bear Adventures" Do you guys know what i mean. I think if it's a kids movie let any kid go. I think if the kids can actualy sit and dont kick the chairs and wine and yell then let them go to maybe a PG movie or something, but if they start making noise TAKE THEM OUT OF THE THEATRE!

i don't understand why people bring children to adult movies, I was at the cinema recently watching "the break up" and there were children from the ages of about 8 upwards, not only would that be a waste of money buying them a ticket, but there was a kids movie in the next cinema (i think it was that cars movie) and the kids would have actually enjoyed themselves. I must say the kids that were in my cinema were pretty well behaved, i'm the kind of person that would yell at them if they didn't be quiet and probably throw things at them.

I agree. You shouldn't take your kids to see a mature movie at all, unless they can be quite and understand that its just a movie and not real life. This I agree on as well. This is because half the time they don't make very appropriate (excuse my spelling) comments (aka: Making comments that should be heard in an R movie and not in a PG movie). It drives me nuts when I hear these comments and there are younger childern around. If you can't keep your comments to yourself, then wait for the DVD to come out.

For me it depends on the kind of movie I'm going to see. If it's more of a kids movie, and I'm watching it in the afternoon, then it doesn't really bother me because I expect it to happen. If I don't want all the little kids destracting me from the movie, then I just usually go to a later showing, because there are less kids. As for the parents that bring there kids to scary movies... that is plain stupid. They get scared, obviously aren't enjoying themselves so why bring them? If you wanted to see the movie that badly, you could have always gotten a babysitter to look after the little ones, because I mean, what is the point of seeing a movie, if you are telling you kid every three seconds to be quiet. It's just not that enjoyable.

This post sounds like it's directed more at the children than the parents, but I think it should be the other way around since the parents bring the kids to the theatre and are responsible for controlling them. Overall I think that parents should teach their kids manners in theatres, and avoid bringing babies that wouldn't know any better. Maybe the theatre could also provide some way of stopping this, like a strict no disturbance rule, or pacifiers.

OH MY WORD! i know exactly what you mean! that row of kids ether right at the back or right in the front! They don't stop talking, laughing, playing with their cell phones and also trying to make out! I mean damn do they have to come in to the movies specialy just to do this? They can do all of those things somewhere else where they won't be disturbing other people!!

I hate it. When I went to see Harry Potter 3 at the cinema, there were two awful kids constanly screaming, laughing and running in the cinema. Everybody shouted "Shut up" and "Sit down!" they didn't stop and they even shouted at us. I felt really angry against the parents of those kids who let them disturbing people like that. Anyway I get pissed off really often when I'm in the cinema, even a baby crying disturbs, but well I pay 7euros to go there...  More disturbing than kids is teens because they can talk. I was at the cinema once and they were a group of 4/5 teens talking and talking and talking...about the movie, about their life, their girlfriend and they were throwing popcorns at my face too because I told them -gently to shup the f*** up.

Nice outlook Chez.... I agree with most of what you said, actually. The parents need to be forced to go to different movies than other people. At the movies near where I currently am located, they have a special seating for mothers. Every Wednesday morning at 11:00, they play all of the movies for parents and turn the volume down a little for the babies they bring with thme, have bottles and other kids friendly foods at the food stand, and they push the price down, little kids are free so that if the parent has to leave with their child for any reason, it's not as bad to leave. Plus, mothers know that kids will be making noise so it is just common sense not to get worked up over it. The only reason some parents bring their kid to the movies is because they have no babysitter and they still want to see the hotest movies. This solves that problem.

I don't like to go to movie theatres so I don't really have a problem with it. Although, why don't I go to the theatres for a flick? Because I like to enjoy movies in peace and quiet. Don't care for excessive noise that occurs in a good comedy or a thriller. I just want to sit there and have my full attention on the screen, not some dude, girl, or child making absurd and excessive noises two rows up. So no, I don't really hate children making noises, only because it's rare that I actually put myself into a situation where I have to put up with it.

I never really had a problem with them. Really, it's just our own humilty. If they're close, I smack them upside the head. I don't care, fvck the parents. If they can't handle the kids, I'll do something about it for them. If the kids are rows away, I get up, get right next to them and tell them strongly 'shut the hell up' just loud enough for them to hear but not their parents. Kids get scared easily by big guys. It's something people have somehow forgotten... that and the fear some @sshat parent will sue you for 'hitting' thier child. But most of the time I get thanked by other patrons after the movie. Like this old guy who said he'd've done it if I didn't. Oh, FYI, I only do something if the kid's a real *BLEEP*. Not like I'm smacking a kid for simply munching on his popcorn too loud, lol

I Hate It When People Come To Look At Our House.

I Hate Doctors!
They have no clue what they are doing sometimes! (1) I go to the doctors to get a physical one day, and this doctor had no idea what to do. So I was
sitting there while he kept going back to the main desk thing to ask what to do, or what something
was. It ended up taking me 4 hours to get a dang physical. And my Aunt got SJS(Stevens Johnson
Syndrome), she is in the hospital now. And there is not a single specialist at any local hospital,
so she is just laying there in a bed, hooked up to a Dialysis (does the work for her Kidneys). And
yesterday the doctor's told us her heart was failing, but she is still alive and it&....
I Hate My Teacher!
Even he's a teacher, he don't understand the school rules! (11) This is some part of my school's rule about absency : 1. Bell rings at 6.50 AM 2. Student is
late if he/she come at 7.00 AM or later 3. Student whom late cannot go into classroom and must
stay at detention room untill next class begins I'm sure I've learnt those rules carefully.
And one day, I come after the bell rings. I checked my cellphone clock, it is 6.55. But when I step
up the stairs to my class, a teacher call me and says that I am late! I already told him that
I'm not late because it is still 6.55 AM (My cellphone clock is adjusted jus....

My Chemistry Teacher Makes Me Mad!
i hate her (4) i have this chemistry teacher and she keeps finding new mays to piss me off. the whole school was
doing a project for chemistry, and i was asked by a teacher why we werent doing it.(it was during an
after school credit recovery program). i told her that my chem teacher didnt assign it to us. they
said that there was no way because the whole school had it. so they asked one of my classmates in
regular school and he said no too. then they started talking about it. and one of the teachers said
that they heard my chem teacher didnt think my class could do it. i got really ma....
Some Things I Hate
all random things that gets on my nerves (2) OK I use the bus for transport right to get into the city, It takes so long about 40mins or more to
get into town and I have to sit near people who stink from body oder. Come on take a bath please lol
you don't have to use fancy perfumes to cover up the smell but at least do something to reduce
it. The next person you site next to isn't guaranteed to be smell impaired. Maybe wash them

I Hate Winter!
(4) It isn't really the cold so much that bothers me, it's all the things that the cold causes.
I can bundle up in enough clothes to deal with the cold, but then there is the problem with even
that. Laundry! Tons of it! Stop and think about how much more room in the washing
machine it takes to do sweat shirt and pants, T shirt, compared to my summer time tank top and

Why Can't I Focus And I Hate My Parents.

I Hate Smokers
2nd hand smoke (101) Who here hate smokers? I mean, they go into a restaurant, sit in a non-smoking section, and smoke,
ignoring the sign. I also want to tell everybody that 2nd hand smoking is actually worse than the
smoker himself smoking it. In Houston, the mayor has already banned smoking in restaurants. Well,
you know my vent, I hate it when people smoke right in front of you while you're in a casual
conversation. I can't stand the smell. I know I can't just cover my nose so I usually just
