y cant people just go out n just workout n run outside or sutin if they want to slim down....u have to b that lazy....i mean wanting to lose weight should b ur motivation to go out n do some running at least...some sort of exercise...its sad to see people depend on stuff lke slim fast...n prolly dont even do nething after that lke workout...people try to find the easiest way out...but nothing is that easy people in that situation just has to realize that

people should just go outside and exserise do you expect to build muscle with that junk!!! Do a mile a day then some situps/pushups and then a few hundred meters of sprints! And if you cant even do that then at leaast go for a good .5 to 1.0 hour walk! I mean seriously! it dosnt even have to be everyday! 3 times a week will be enough Get into some sort of Sports activity, go swimming, take a walk to the store instead of driving. Cut your own lawn with a push mower like your Grandad did. Leave the house early and walk a few extra blocks to catch the Bus in the morning. Climb stairs instead of using an elevator. Develop a more basic life-style. Obesity will kill you. I'm not exactly a fitness freak, but I know that a little extra physical activity won't hurt you. And just a reminder that the longer it takes you to remove those extra pounds, the better for you. You didn't gain it a month, so it shouldn't come off in a month. Also, continue your activities after you are in your comfort zone. Make them habitual instead of forced.
Heh losing weight with choclate, sounds like another not working product to me. The best way to lose weight still is to go sporting, eat with more variety and NO CHOCLATE! xd
You would probably end up hating chocolate for the rest of your life after a couple of weeks, which is bad because a chocolate once in a while is an awesome treat (for those who like it or can eat it). Besides theres nothing like some good exercise, because even if it works you might not be fat but you will most probably be very unhealthy in the inside. Besides exercise makes you look good.
