| | Hey all...
Whe I try to access my site, it always times out, when I try to ping, it does the same... DNS records are accessible, and I get all my emails for the domain (todorowww.net)... I am hosted on Gamma server, and I can access it, and get that cPanel page... But, when I try my site, it won't load... Is there some problem with the server or something? FTP doesn't work either... This is the case for a few days now, at first I thought it was just a temporary error, but it appears not to be... I have avout 20 credits left, so that shouldn't be the issue...

Have you checked out Alert and Notices section and see our latest news? Trap17 went through server migration. If your domain is parked or add-on domain please see the section how to rectify the situation. If your domain is directly tied to your hosting account, please submit a resynchronization request using Xisosupport. Thank you.

I was also facing similar problem as my site is directly tied to your hosting account. So with the help of Xistosupport I managed to resolve the problem.... But now a new prob has arise, some times my site is unreachable this happens frequently... Yesterday night my site was accessible and now in the morning not reachable.... earlier i thought that DNS propagation will take time but DNS change has taken place 7-8 days ago. Also am unable to access Cpanel... and am not getting any help from XISTOsupprt this time.... Please help me, what to do......

Can you go to Xistosupport.com and use the Live Help link? Open a Chat dialoque with the support personnel.

Thank you. This shows how people can be lazy at times... Thanks BH, I totally forgot to check that area, before crying for help... I submited a support ticket yesterday, so hopefully I'll be abe to access my site sometime soonm and so will the rest of the world... I still get amazed when I see how helpfull Trap17 staff is, and how fast you react to our problems... Even heavily paid hosting can't compare with service to Trap17... Thank again, and sorry for being lazy, and starting this topic

Its still the same for my site too... and it does not load... Can someone please help me out on this... It has been a long time, my site is down and this does not take me anywhere and i am getting mad and looking for alternatives... www.computerkindness.org is my site and many people have started to mail me regarding the site and its going bad explaining things... It would be great if Trap17 can mail the updates.. instead of everyone approaching them for support. Have anyone face the same issue and solved it..? Please let me know.

Have anyone face the same issue and solved it..? Please let me know. Your site does work. You need to log in to your cPanel and remove any parked or add-on domains, then re-add them with the same details. Give it a few hours and your domains will work again.

The Cpanel Update actually fixed my site... I had a parked domain I had no access to!

Ok, Reekun... you get what you pay for... Oh wait, you didn't pay for your web hosting. Its a free service, you should be thankful it even exists. I can understand your frustration, but seriously: is it really that big a deal?

Computinghost won't let me cancel my hosting account because customer service keeps putting me through a goddamn loop. Trap17's hosting credits is a total jipp, no refund on credits for downtime, no nothing. Hell, my website traffick has gone down a HUGE AMOUNT because of Xisto's hosting problems. I'm very unhappy.

Hurray... My site is up finally a weeks downtime... Thanks to you rvalkas... i did submit a support ticket and though i did not recei a mail from them, My site works just fine... So... Thanks to all who made it possible. was able to mail all stakeholders regarding the site updates... Ok... Trap17 is back to form again. Happy to see... If anyone out there still face some problme in their sites, the best thing to do is to submit a support ticket in xisto. I am sure, things will get resolved in a day or two... But still i have a small doubt. Recently i tried to live chat with a member in xisto support. Though i was allotted an individual, i did not get a reply even after so many pings. i was a little pissed waiting for half hour for a reply.

Wallpaper Site
(4) Hello I hope this is the right place for this thread . I want to thank to Trap17 for their
wonderful hosting service and because I have no problems related to hosting . I have a wallpaper
site based on 4images gallery system . But my images have high resoultions (1600*1200 ) and when
someone enters a wallpaper page , 4images displays the full size image and that too big for a page
. Is there any way to display a small image in the wallpaper page and a big image when someone

Can't Login To Any Software On My Site
anyone know how to fix? (3) In a subdomain of my site I have an installation of MediaWiki, and until now it's been working
fine. But today I've been having trouble with it. Previously, whenever I logged into MediaWiki
it worked first time and I would stay logged in for about an hour, even without the "Remember Me"
option checked. But I tried logging in now, and after logging me in, the next page I went to showed
me as "not logged in". I cleared the cache as I know this has been a problem before, and then tried

No Site Access

Can't Access My Site....weird Issue
(5) Okay, so last night everything worked fine. I loaded up cpanel, fixed issues with the site after the
database move, etc. Today I'm unable to load up the site. It just keeps giving me ping
timeouts. With what I'm being told by others it is only me having this issue with my site, and
yet there have been 0 changes to my pc between it working and not. I have tried multiple times
during the day with no luck. Along with this, if I load my website using a proxy service then I do

Where Does That Noise Come From?
My Trap 17 web site beeps (6) I am posting this here rather than in the 'Web design' topic as it seems to be something
which happens exclusively to my Trap 17 web site. When i have my web site open, which you can find
here , every so often (quite regular actually) a short and high pitched beep is sounded. At first I
thought it had something to do with my sound card or my PC, but recently I discovered it only

Works on anyone's machine but mine. (20) I got a reply from Xisto today that my site was up and running again. Yet, when I surf to it, it
will not load, also, my email client keeps telling me the POP3 server (the one related to my domain)
timed out. My Cpanel will not open neither. On my son's laptop (on the same network, hence same
IP address) the site loads immediately. Has anyone got any idea what the problem my end could be?

(6) Ever since today, my site has been working just fine. I'm maintaining the amount of points I
need, and the server status has been and still is fine. However, a while ago I tried to access my

starszz.com saying of this really dangerous thing going around with cutenews users.. ok let me
summarize it hackers somehow found a way to hack your site by accesing your search.php file on your
cutenews directory i googled into it, and there is a couple of Big sites that were hacked, and its
adviced for you to delete the search.php file of your cutenews directory immediately, i dont know

Strange Site Problems
