Signed Up Using The Wrong Email Address

I attempted to sign up for Qupis, but ended up typing .ca instead of .com when I was entering my email address. I tried to sign up for a new account, but I got this message when I tried that.

Duplicate IP Address
An account has already been created using your IP address.

What should I do? :/

Please send to support{at}qupis[dot]com with the following:

SUBJECT: Qupis hosting account support
URL: your domain or subdomain you signed up
CPANEL: cpanel username you designed when signing up
MESSAGE: I used wrong email when registering...etc please update my email and resend confirmation etc

Hello,

You dont have to worry, this isn't a big problem

The email address can be modified in the billing records and I will send you the login details again. But please update me on what your site is going to be themed on for It looks like your website is a proxy website and that is not allowed in Qupis.

If it is a proxy site then It will be deleted anyway so please let me know what your site is based on and then only I can take any further acions.

I signed up on two occasions for a Qupis account, and never received email confirmation. An admin
from Xisto responded and said he wiped out my account (I didn't know I had one?), so I tried
logging in with the username and password I chose. Then I got an error message stating the username
