I really don't understand the shoutbox. How is it different from regular posts? And what is so special about it. Can anybody post in it? And people put it on their pages? Please clarify.

the shoutbox is used as a quicker way for people to solve quick problems and talk about stuff their is no posting of links, files, mp3, porn and all that good stuff thats what the forums are used for also the dorum is used to get credits for you to get your website hosted the shoutbox does not do that

The shoutbox is only a way of communication without have to make a topic. You don't get any extra credits or extra anything else.
Not everyone can access the shoutbox, because some users were banned for posting links and such. I think you would have to talk to an admin about putting their shoutbox on your page, but there are shoutbox scripts here and there. Karlo made a shoutbox and posted a link to the script a month or two ago, so you could check that out if you're just interested in putting a shoutbox on your site.

Have Problems With Ibp - arcade conflictin with shoutbox (3)

ok for some strange reason the shoutbox is conflicting withte arcade script its gives me this error
