your shout box has a time delay on in and i think it should not be so long!

The minimum time delay for the auto refresh is set to 30 minutes. In the mean time, you can manually refresh the shoutbox by clicking on "REFRESH" button found just under the shoutbox.

The set time delay is to conserve the server resource and CPU load.
