| | Can you share ports that are enabled with a diffrent network? I saw a program that does it somewhere on an advertisement. I can't remember what it was called. It costed about $69.99. Anyone know what it is called? Or do anyone know how to change ports that a game accepts through? I want to change the ports that the game called StarCraft (Port 6112) and change it to a diffrent port so that I can create games and play it with my brother on the same network. It we play together while he hosts the game we start lagging and it lags like $#@#. I can't stand the lag. I talked to Blizzard about it they told me to get a new router. They didn't even tell me which one I should get. But buying a new router would be a waste of time. I have a Linksys Wireless router I bought for like 80 bucks. |

Ports are virtual paths on a local computer, I don't believe that you can share them, but there may be some software for that. You can usually go to a config file or similar in a game directory and search in a text editor and change a port, or it may be in the in-game settings if your lucky. You can probably just google "changing default port in starcraft" and get a quick answer.

Msn My Sharing Folders
(0) I have installed MSN Messenger dozens of times but I keep getting the same result when I try to use
MySharingFolders. When I drag a file into a contact it tries to send the file not to place it in the
MySharingFolders fr sincronizing. Where do I change these settings? This time I'm sure it's
not MSN but me who is messing things up.....
Nightmares
Share yours (1) I used to think that I never experinced a nightmare. Because in my mind a nightmare is something
scares you, makes you sweaty and jumpy. You know, Im descriping movie scenes where hero sees a

Network Install Linux On Laptop With No Cd Drive?
(6) I was hoping some linux tech heads here could give me some pointers about installing linux onto a
laptop I have which has no cd drive. To make things worse it does not even boot from usb. I had
installed XP on it with an unattended install using the /makelocalsource switch which copies files
to the local hdd then finishes setup from there after reboot. Is there an easy switch function to
install any linux distro once you have the files on your hdd? (I have a mapped network drive to my
laptop and sharing from my desktop so i can access my files. I just don't know if....

Two Lan Ports Problem
cant connect to counter-strike server (2) here....i think i know the problem...but i cant find the solution.... I use windows XP SP 2 ...Asus
motherboard.. I use integrated Ethernet port (NVIDIA nforce controller) to connect to the hostel LAN
and used the same connection to get internet (using proxy). I played counter-strike without any
problem... Everything worked fine until i took a direct ADSL internet connection... So i installed
a separate ethernet card (INTEX rtl8139D) which i use to connect to the internet... So now i have

Keeps dropping network. (8) I recently bought a laptop(HP Pavilion dv9000) with integrated wireless and I wanted to set-up
wireless in my house. So, I bought a wireless router, more specifically I bought a Netgear 108mps

Home Network Connection Speed Is Very Slow
(8) Hi, I have a wireless broadband connection that is being distributed around my house using a belkin
adsl wireless router. I connect to the internet through 2 machines. One is a laptop with a wireless
