| | Interesting I found another small program that is pretty good it is called the Youtube Clip Extractor, in which you can save to different file formats, and it even has the option of just downloading the audio which I find interesting, because in a way youtube just provided me free music to burn  . |

I use the " Fast Video Download" firefox plugin to download videos from YouTube and other online video sharing websites. This works nice and so far I'vent faced any problems

There's a couple of songs that I've been trying to find that seem to only be on YouTube, and you've all inspired me with this thread to go and get something to download them with. I've been meaning to for a long time, and just never got around to it, but with some easy links at my fingertips, perhaps now is the time to stop procrastinating. Now all that's left is for me to figure out which one I want to use lol Right now I'm leaning towards the one that Saint Michael mentioned, cause it allows for audio only as well, which I can see as a great feature. But I'll give the other ones a quick look-see first before deciding to see which one seems best for my needs Thanks for all the great information everyone!

You can also go to http://vixy.net. The website lets you download the videos in the format you want (.mov, avi, 3gp, mp4). You just have to provide the link containing the video you want to download then the tool in the website does the conversion. Once its done, you just have to download the converted file.

Does Anyone Know A Player That Will Play .cue Files

Linux Question: Amarok And File Permissions
please help, i can't get it to work with all music files (4) hey, i use to use Linux DC++ to download music from some hubs and i usually download it to
/home/downloads/ and then i move the files to my collection on another HDD a sata one, on
sda3/music/ but when i move the files using krushader root mode they become posessed by root and
amarok can't play them displaying a locker on the file's icon. I tried to " chmod 774 music
", where music is my music directory, as root in konsole but no luck. What should i do to make a
whole directory accessible from amarok as user?....

Xamp / Php.ini Question
How to use php files from non-htdocs folder (6) I recently installed the XAMP software as per snilildude's Tutorial and I have a question about
the php.ini file or something like that. The Application is default installed. I haven't

run php scripts from is the htdoc folder (root). Is there a way to alter the configuration (or path
or whaever) so if I double click a 'php' file that resides elsewhere, the file gets parsed

Disappearing Kazaa Files!
(3) hi....i recently discovered that all the files in one of my folders, specifically (kazaa/my shared
folder) have all vanished. also when i double click on the folder to open it, it takes about 3
seconds before it actually opens. and then there is nothing inside. but the funny thing is that when
i open my kazaa, the transfer window is full of the files which i was downloading, meaning that the
temp files are still in the folder and i'm pretty sure that the other files are there as well

(19) I just created an e-book with pics colours now it's up to the size of 20 MB. winZipping it
