| | I called the company because I wanted a free "sample carton" of cigarettes now that my state allows such things to be delivered in the mail and now they don't give away samples. Instead the lady put together a "care package" for me and shipped it out and also sent me two $10 coupons good for anything they make. In the "care package", was a black hemp cap to keep my head warm in the cool times -something I'm definitely going to put to good use made from one of my favorite materials! A Zippo lighter with the company logo on it was also included along with a package of authentic dried New Mexico salsa mix! Altogether, probably about $50-60 value! Not bad for just asking nice! Anyway, I can't recommend this company enough. If you smoke, or even if you just want some sage or something, call them and order a catalog. You'll be pleasantly surprised I think. |

Wow this is really a good company the way you write about it. I cant say i can ask for a sample but i will do so as soon as i turn 18 and live on my own and over all its natural so its not so damaging on my lungs. Thanks bro this is surely better than marlboro man.

What a great program. (1) I was in Albuquerque New Mexico yesterday and had to stop along the freeway (I-25) to adjust the
load I had on my pickup. I no more got into the back of the truck and a big yellow truck with
flashing lights pulled up. He pulled up beside me and asked if everything was OK. I told him I was
okay just needed to adjust my load so it didn't fall out and create a problem. He told me that
was a good idea, thanked me and backed up to sit and warn other drivers with his lights. This is a
free service the State of New Mexico provides to all motorists traveling through Albuque....
Beautiful Software
Software with great interfaces (3) I really like using software that have very good user interfaces. Most mac softwares are really
good-looking (Adium, DeliciousLibrary) but most Windows applications are just plain ugly. I was
wondering if you guys to point out some "beautiful" software. To start off I'll mention some.
1. MediaMan (clone of DeliciousLibrary) 2. ReadAir - Google Reader for your desktop (built on Adobe

Microsoft Rant. My Experience As A Customer
(1) This isn't going to be one of those 'mac rules windows sucks' posts. This is why I
dislike microsoft. It began with my desktop computer. The motherboard needed replacing, so we got
it replaced then windows didn't work. the copy that came with the computer didn't work
because the hardware had changed. The company that repaired the computer (I'm afraid of going in
desktops, i don't mind putting ram in laptops though, its not as scary) installed windows for us

Another Cust. Service Rant... This Time As A Customer
(5) On monday I experienced something that I haven't in a long time. Good customer service. I work
in the line of customer service, and I have come to the conclusion, there are different levels you
can provide. True customer service is hardly ever given anymore. For example, I ordered from
McDonalds recently and I ordered a McFlurry and a Sundae. I was given a McFlurry and a Shake. It was
at the start of a minor busy period (3 or 4 people were behind me waiting to order), so I waited
until the others were served, and I said to the lady that served me in a polite tone, "I....

Customer Service... Vent About Customers
(3) I work in customer service, taking orders over the phone and such. I Really don't understand
why people are rude to us, I can't help but think of the old adage, "Don't bite the hand
that feeds you" to me being rude to the guy whos writing down what you order doesn't make sense.
For example (I work with pizzas) oops, it was hot sprinkles, not half sauce? oops. I bet that
burned. I can understand people complaining for a genuine reason, something wrong with the pizza
or it was late or such, but people ringing up and complaining, then talking your ear of....

Is GREAT?! (7) I am a huge fan of sci-fi books. Arthur C Clarke, Robert A Heinlein, Isaac Asimov, the list goes
on... My favorite ones are the old dusty copies. The tiny books, yellowed with age, crisp to the
