| | I love the Megauplaod upload staus bar and stst. They ae just so sweet - the best I've seen in any host if they had good download sppeds too I wouldn't even have turned to any other file host. RapidShare is aslo good. But there's a new and player: Megashares (http://megashares.com). I just love their service. Nicefast and they allow upto 1.5 GB files for frree! Their download sppeds are also great. That's even better than FileFront. |

Yup, I hate megaupload, it really annoys me when people upload on there when they no its one of the most rubbish file hosts in the world, as the download speeds are really really slow. I don't know about the upload speed because ive never tried that bit myself i dont think anyway lol. But yup, megaupload has one of the slowest download speeds of any file host i have ever visited, they should just stop what they are doing now because they are never going to beat rapidshare as they have the right idea in what they are doing and they are doing it all right.

One of the most irritating file hosts you can catch these days. Seriously, what could you do when you get a restriction to downlad 24x7. Yeah,its true. These days i always get the message "All 500 Download slots assigned to your country are in use.So please try again later". But wait ...we have a compensation !!! Yeah ,you can proceed to your download if you install an Alexa toolbar. Alright. When i saw this and made up my mind to live with that crap, yet another thing to annoy you . The Alexa Toolbar is limited to Internet Explorer. So for all those firefox users ,it might be a better idea to forget about megaupload and mive on to some other filehost. If you still want to go ahead with this piece of crap you well might do it. THE BOTTOMLINE :Megaupload Sucks !!!!

My opinion on megaupload is ABOVE AVERAGE! Megaupload is one of the best free sharing online sites, Rapidshare is crap because 20mb upload limit and 100mb download limit i think, it might have changed! But anyways Megaupload has a higher maximum download and upload. megaupload is alright yay!

Well generally all of these upload sites are pretty rubbish, especially megaupload. Its a good thing then that there really is no use for them now (OK there is one main use, but the Trap17 ToS won't let me talk about that). Seriously though if you have to send a file to someone you'd be a lot better off emailing it to them, trust me you'd save a hell of a lot of truoble and it would be faster, or you could always use any one of the multitude of IM clients that support file transfer. I'll admit that I don't use these sites often (hell I could only name you two of them this and rapidshare, both of whihc are terrible IMO and I avoid using them unless its absolutely nessecery) so I really don't have much in the way of knowledge as to their inner workings, I do know that the UI on each of these sites are terrible and all this 'Please wait while we waste your time doing nothing' nonsense is rubbish. I must admit though that for a free service you can't really complain I would just recommend one of the many better alternate methods (i.e. Gmail).

I needed to use it for my site downloads because they're too big to host on Trap17. I'm hosting it from home now (I finally got my broadband). Anyway, the thing I hate most about Megaupload right now is the fact that they have IP filtering. I can't even download from it! What's the use? A friend gives me a link to his file and I can't even download it because the 100 slots alloted from Philippine IPs are ALWAYS used up.  100 slots for billions of people... yeah right. I'm not that desperate to go live in America or other countries without limitations just to bypass this.

i hate megaupload today i upload logo for trap17 on megaupload , but mu dosenot show me and dont upload my image . i think this site use many javascript source and some browsers dont load Javascript ( like opera) but rapidshare service is better . i can see all javascripts at rapidshare and i can do anythink ( upload , download ) at rapidshare megaupload skin is very nice but this skin make site to slow . and its very bad for this kind of site . this kind of site must be fast and have easy template like yahoo like msn . I deny Megaupload

All Upload services usually suck. Let me explain why: - They are hosted on ultra-slow servers.
- Too many people use them, meaning the servers get so much stuff on them, slowing them down.
- The uploaded items don't get checked for viruses/spyware/cracking etc, posing security risks (but most on them only don't do this because it would be too slow)
- They're free. That's almost a guarantee that you won't get any better quality then you would expect.
In sum, DON'T USE UPLOAD SERVICES! Use your own BW, it will last longer.

My Review Of Megaupload.com
Megaupload sucks. I'm a premium user, because I wanted to download movies so I paid premium membership. 5 out of 6 dvds have files temporary not available and have been for almost 2 weeks, still not available. I contacted megaupload user support twice and they did not reply. They let user upload fast speed because people upload pirate dvd movies, and user like me pay for megaupload to download. Anyone knows where to report megaupload that it is a place for pirate upload dvd movies. Please reply. I will report them. Megaupload sucks big time! -reply by megaupload sucks

Probably the worst host I have ever used... (0) To any individual whom is planning on developing an account with Dot5Hosting (which is a website
hosting provider), and utilizes MySQL databases for their website, I would not recommend it...
Dot5Hosting promises you the best - however, they give you the worst support system ever (you have

cable connection (14) To those of you that know company : Rogers that provides both internet and TV and even more. When
