In the past I have a clean and clear skin..But 2 months made me everything changed in my face ..There are too many black spot damages of pimples..The skin became too rought ..Not so clean and clear.There are damages ...I tried too many medicines but it didn't work..But it made my face too rough...NOw what should I do to remove that damages of pimples and bring the previous face which is clean and clear...

hi goodday I'm rose I worked to one skincare company before all you have to do is to use some spot corrector for your face try to find loreal spot corrector I am using that cream until now I notice that my pimples spot become lessen and you should always put sunblock everyday before u go outside then u will notice 3 to 4 weeks your skin will be better than before.Thanks

hey people, I WAS a victim to all such things. Now lyf's smooth. Coz I took up the EMAMI FAIR & HANDSOME.. Rightly voted world's no 1.. THE perfect Men cream!  a good remedy someone told me was to boil some water in your kettle, mix salt into it (not too much!) and then leave to cool, then dab on your spots with a clean cloth. The salt gets rid of the germs and you're left with a small mark later on. This worked very quickly - I had a clear face in a few days for my school prom :D

hi,I have problem on my face.I try to avoid eating anything just not have pimples on my face.Most of tthe time I slept late now my face become worst bec.Of pimples and worst they are big,I'm become ugly now bec.Of the pimples on my face.I try to use anything to remove the pimples but become worst,I'm very upset when I saw my face.Before when I was in kuwait my face nice but when I move in italy to work I'm become ugly.I don't know where I got all this pimples. I don't know what to do now.Most of the time I like to wash my face.Maybe 6times a day with dove soap.Please help me.

The thing that works the best, is a hand held device called TANDA. Give it a try. U also want to wash your face with a lotion called  PHISOHEX, you have to ask your Dr to write it for you. It works wonders. Trust me

Acne is often caused by inflammation, which can be triggered by stress, diet, and hormones. Sugar, simple carbohydrates (white bread, pasta, white rice), and coffee are foods to avoid to prevent future breakouts. Also try an anti-inflammatory diet, which includes food rich in omega-3: salmon, beans, leafy green vegetables, and olive oil. Drink plenty of water (at least eight to ten 8oz glasses).

 

Keep in mind over-washing your face can also dry out the skin and cause more pimples to flare up. For a simply moisturizing mask, mix real honey and a couple drops of vitamin E oil together. Smear it on all over your face. Leave it for 20 minutes and then rinse it off.
