| | Is there any program out there that you can remotely control a windows pc and have sound support. I have a machiene that is used for presentations in one room and in want to be able to watch the same presentation in another room. Any help will be greatly appreciated. |

Hi Harshcpu, U won't be needing to control the machine. There are softwares for the specific purpose such as urs. Its sort of Netmeeting where U can watch presentation by just joining in. Sorry But i don't remember the name. I'll get back as soon as I remember it

LogMeIn is a great program that might fit your needs. All you need is the client installed onto the remote computer and have it turned on and running... LogMeIn allows you to access that computer from ANY other computer via the Internet. There are various levels of the program that grant you more features, but I believe even the Free license will allow for you to be able to play sounds on the target computer, depending on how your Internet connection is and what your LMI settings are. For actual sound streamed to the accessing computer, I believe that you need a Pro or IT license, which you have to pay for. VNC is also another option, but unfortunately I never got it to work. It's supposedly another good remote access program.

Problem With Time/date On My Computer
(6) This strange issue has been happening to me recently. I notice that when I shut down my computer,
and then start it up the next time, the time and date of my computer remains the same as that of the
time and date that I shut down my computer, and it continues from that time and date until I adjust
it manually myself. For example, if I shut down my computer on 3 May 2008, 10pm, even when I switch
on my computer on 4 May 2008 9am, the date and time shows 3 May 2008, 10 pm. I don't understand

Wlm Disconnecting Alot!

WLM or Windows Live Messenger continually disconnects me whenever i am connected and using it. When

Im Locked Out Of Windows Xp?
I own the computer and im locked out (19) I have a windows XP home edition laptop and the software came preinstalled with my computer. When i
try to do some tasks like windows restore it says that it has been disabled by my domain administer
and to contact the admin to get this changed. 1) this computer is not in a domain 2) I own the

connect to a remote oracle database using toad? When I read the docs for toad I get the impression
that I have to have a local oracle installation in order to use toad, but that just seems silly. I

Remote Access Software
(6) Does anyone use a remote access software package? I have tried a couple, but would be interested to
hear about what folks thought of some of the other packages/services out there. I have tried
GoToMyPC, but I didn't like having to pay for their service. Luckily I found a free one called
LogMeIn.com. It works pretty well. However, I have recently had issues when I disconnect from a
remote PC. It seems to hang some of me browsers. I need to use Task Manager to kill those
browser's porcesses. What have you all tried? What have you found to be successful and....

Computer Freezing, After Ati Radeon Update
(2) just installed the new driver for my radeon 9600 256mb and when i play quake, my pc freezes after
about 5 seconds if i ahve it on optimal performance and if its equal performance/quality i get like
40-60 fps and usually i have it capped at 125 and its always between 110-125, but this dumbass
update ruined it. i thought it might be my tweaking utility so i uninstalled it, same thing as
before. im doing a bunch of checks with spyware, registry errors and antivirus, but so far nothing
is working. something similiar is happening also when i use winamp the screen goes black a....
