| | Well, I got some radio controlled UFO for Christmas. It flies up to 30 feet and is very light. I love to play with it but I was wondering, why is it called a Radio Controlled UFO when it is controlled by a 'remote'? Shouldn't they all just be called Remote Controlled or are they called "Radio" Controlled because the Radio waves are what makes the vehicle move? >_< I'm so confused! |

Another question that I have is why didn't my post count just go up? That was 5+ lines and it still says that I have zero posts! Is something broken here or was my post not counted as a 'quality' post? It should have been since it was >= 3 sentences and >= 4 lines...

Well either way its remote controlled, frequencies are sent to and from a reciever. I guess some people just have to have their way when it comes to naming new things. Thats pretty cool though! i have never seen a remote controlled UFO, ive seen lots of other cool remote controlled things though. Wouldnt it be great to have a remote controlled fly? haha just think of the possibilities!

Bananna clips at Radio Shack (0) I mess around with remote controlled model airplanes in my free time. I have a flight box with a
nice panel hook up for a battery i use to start the motors on my planes. the panel has bananna plug
recepticles on it. long story short, my charger leads are alligator clips and i did not feel like
taking the battery out of the field box. so i decided to make an adapter of sorts using some
bannana clips from radio shack. after i got to the store, i looked for about five minutes for the
kind i wanted, then i ended up asking someone and still could not find them. i ende....

Portable Internet Radio Receivers
Something new (0) I heard yesterday that there are some portable internet radio players, so I'm very confused how
is it possible? Because that kind of player should have some kind of internet conection, right? If
something like that is possible that would be great because FM radio station have high noise sound.
And FM radio has over 50 years, it is very old technology. So are there some ideas how did they do

Possible Problem With Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicles?
(6) So I have been thinking about this the past couple days about hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. O.k, the
only exhaust that comes from these vehicles is water vapor? ( At least I think so). That is all well
and good but I have been wondering about the implications of all this water vapor being exhausted.
Suppose hydrogen fuel cells took the place of all the gasoline engines in the United States. Now,
would all this water vapor being exhausted create adverse weather (increase in rain, etc.)?....

Trap17 Radio And Suggested List
(2) Trap17 Radio My suggestion today is maybe a Trap17 radio. Not like a radio
where someone talks, just like there are multiple DJ's and they play music. Then there could be
a request box where members can put requests for the DJ's to play. We could embed a realplayer
into the page so you know what song is playing, etc. If the DJ is not taking requests, they can put
a message above the request box saying "The DJ is currently NOT taking requests." The DJ must supply
their own music, equipment, and have a high speed internet connection with fire....

you can place this application to your website so people can listen to your songs while they are
surfing your site. it's called radio blog. the difference between radio blog and other players
like media player that you can add on your site is that you don't need to upload the entire mp3
on your hosting site (so it won't consume a lot of space). it has a converter that converts

Do You Listen To Radio Talk Stations?
radio talk stations are addicting (1) I don't know about people in other countries but I like listening to radio talk stations. Such
as 105.3 FM. Which segments throughout the day or talk personalities like Tom Leykis, Pugs and

Radio Button
(4) I am trying to maintain the radio button selection on a Submit, but the form refreshes to its
default selection. BTW, After a Submit is clicked, the radio form stays visible on the top of the
screen while the query results are displayed on the bottom half of the screen (we're using an
internal, embedded link). That's when the default selection comes into place. Any help would be
