Problems Installing Ldu - Please help!!!

Im trying to install a website engine called LDU on my website. I think the problem is with my database. This is the error i get when i try to call up the engine ( http://www.pyro.trap17.com/LDU801 ):

CODE
Not Found
The requested URL /LDU801 was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.33 Server at www.pyro.trap17.com Port 80


As well heres what the config file looks like:

Ok i just uploaded a file, index.html, into the main root of my website, to tell users its under construction. So now when i got to pyro.trap17.com i get this:

Just to rule out any posibilities... did you upload to the public_html folder or www folder? Did you use FTP or cPanel to upload?

I used SmartFTP to upload the files. In file manager it says they are there, but i still get the 404 error saying they are not there

Opps, i did just upload them inot the main folder. Will this do any thing?

    happening in less than a week. Basically what happens is that the internet connection gradually
    starts to slow down over a period of 10 mins or so and eventually it becomes extremely slow, to the
    point that it becomes almost useless. At that point, a message pops up at the bottom of the screen
    saying "Network Connection Unplugged", eventhough everything is plugged up just fine according to my
    inspection. Than after 10-20 seconds, that message disappears and the internet pops ....

    Here's the situations... (1) Using IE 6, I must first visit
    ftp://fc_logs@fightclub.trap17.com/ and enter my password and login name, then it takes me to
    ftp://fightclub.trap17.com/ . I cannot simply go to ftp://fightclub.trap17.com/ otherwise I get
    an error . Is this normal? (2) How are FTP accounts deleted? I don't see an option for that

    phpBB 2.0.15 to the FTP, but once I go to the link to begin the installation, it gives the "Not

    Ok Im officially screwed!!! I reset the password to my CPanel, then I tried to log in...both pass's
    didn't work. so being the air head I am this morning I reset the password to the preset email which

    At this moment, I think everyone has trouble with cPanel because some things won't work. I know this
    is annoying but I already found more than 5 topics about the same problem. It is just more anoying
    if you post topics about problems that have been already submitted. There is a support ticket system

    already pm'd admin about it. They are doing their best. I listed all current problems: -
    Contact email won't update - Won't add email accounts - Directories are not avaialab....
