Hi, I'm having a serious problem. I had a mail account set up through my Cpanel. My site is
zoebelkin.co.cc and my mail server is mail.zoebelkin.co.cc!!! The mail account which
I'm talking about is admin@zoebelkin.co.cc But for a week I was not getting mail. Now
that's wierd cause I get something around 10 mails daily. I then sent a mail from one of my
other mail id at other mail host whose address is dave2@bluebottle.com just for testing my server.
But the message didn't ever reach my mail server. I sent many other mails from some other mai...

Okay I see a lot of chaos all around and my site zoebelkin.co.cc is still down. Everything including
FTP, CPanel etc are down. My site is on the gamma server. I see that all the servers are moved
around a lot and the IP blocks also changing. So what is the new IP set for 'gamma'. When
doing a reverse check on gamma I see it is still assigned to it's previous IP but when I'm
trying to access the previous IP's port 80 then I get a Server not found error. Also the
gamma.xisto.com name for the server fails to open the default Apache page which it used to ...

It is a shock, it has been almost a year since I moved to ComputingHost but I just realized that I
am still in the hosted group, could I and my website (used to be http://darran.trap17.com) kindly
be removed because I am not using my trap17 account anymore and the space could be given to someone

Well topic title says its all I have problem with ftp access to my account here on trap17 so if
anyone has experienced similar issues lately. The problem is when I try to log on it disconnects me
from the server. I am using filezilla however I have tried to access trough file manager and it
works fine though it is not the same protocol. I must admit I have deleted some folders recently
however I am quite certain that it is all connected to the joomla installation and not some system

This morning i ran out of credits, but I immediately got them back up to 7. All day I've been
trying my site, and it keeps timing out, and on the odd occasion comes up with a MySQL error. I was
just able to login to my cpanel, and my space usage was 550mb. Yesterday is was approximately 256mb,

So, my hosting application was screened and approved about 5-6 days ago. My understanding is that I

My friend, Sabina, has a domain(www.binaland.com). She hosts her files on one of her friends hard
drives somehow for their online use. He has some static IP thing or something like that. But her

Hey all, I checked out the Hosting Credits FAQ and did not find a explanation to my problem so I am
posting here: My account was recently suspended due to negative hosting credits. As requested I
increased my balance to more than 4 credits. I have had approx. 7.1 credits for about 10 hours now,
and my account has still not be reactivated. I noticed in the FAQ that once accounts are back to a
positive 4 credit balance, they are automatically reactivated. It does mention that it can take
