I bought the full version at a summercamp (The Wilds in NC) several years ago but it also comes with the concise version as well. I have compared them and the only real differences are that the concise has only a few of the many commentaries and topics the full version has but otherwise they are identical.
PowerBible is an incredible tool I frequently use, the search engine for it itself is awesome. You can search for all the words, several of the words, or the exact phrase and narrow your search by the books of the Bible (e.g. from Judges 1:1 to Mark 3:4). You can even check a box to search the footnotes as well.
Copying and pasting text from it is very simple as well, you just highlight what you want, right click for copy, and then paste it where you want. When you do it also automatically copies the book name and chapter # although it only copies the abbreviated book name and not the full. Still is extremely convenient for putting up Bible verses as well as finding them.
Also, with a simple right click of your mouse button you can open a menu which lets you see commentary links, the interlinear (original texts of the Bible, both Greek and Hebrew along with their definitions as per the best dictionary for them, Strong's), footnotes, full compare links, or you can instantly change it all back to the Biblical text as well.
The Concise has fewer Bible versions with it (only the KJV and 5 others or so if I remember right) rather then the 17 versions with the full version. The NIV, NASB, and NRSV are not among these versions but can be purchased by phone. You can easily compare sections as well.
Again, this is the best Bible tool I have found on the web before either on the web or elsewhere, just the concise version I believe is better then anything else out there. I highly recommend PowerBible and again it is easy to download and free, so...
