thats a very archaic and in-accurate view of what hypnosis is... the tv shows are more about entertainment than hypnosis... don't believe everything you see on tv

You can free yourself from bad habits, destructive patterns of behaviour, difficulties with your health, interrelationship tensions. Also, if you have a nervous disposition and upcoming events get you crazy you can eliminate the stress factor.
Whatever it is you want to change about yourself you can do it through self-hypnotic auto suggestion. Whenever you plant suggestions into your sub-conscious they become part of your programme. New suggestions will write over the existing programme. There is no need for you to fight with yourself. Your new programme will soon begin to run on automatic just the same as your existing one does now.
You can change as much about yourself as you want. But you will change only in so far as your programme is changed. Bypassing the conscious mind is a real neat trick and once you have mastered how to do it, the rewards will be immense.
The technique is to first induce a self-hypnotic state, which is real easy once you know how. You follow this by implanting suggestions into the now accessible subconscious mind, without any interference from the conscious mind.
To a certain extent we are all subject to a programmed way of thinking, responding behaving, acting and reacting. Fears, phobias, habits, attitudes and beliefs are all part of our programme, some of it is good, some bad and some totally useless.
The one thing to be done is to sift through your own programme and weed out the things that are not serving you. Know that you CAN overcome them, even if there are things about you that are well and truly ingrained and are seriously disrupting the enjoyment of your life.

Hey all: I have a problem with my desktop. I have replaced the PSU a few times but now have a new
problem. When I turn on the power the green led on the asus motherboard glows green, but it is a
dull green and I cannot power up the machine. After some time (30-60 secs or more) it turns bright

I'm hearing from a few sources that nuclear power is bad for the environment. I personally
disagree, and think that we should try to convert as many coal-powered plants to nuclear plants in
the future, although nuclear power is non-renewable. Until we find good sources for renewable power,

I just got this desktop computer from my uncle (will still go ahead to buy the Quad Core computer
still) and I have been having this problem with. It came with this fake 400W PSU (I call it fake
because it aint supplying the manufacturer's stated power output) manufactured by Maxtron. It
could not power most of the devices on my PC. After some time, I started noticing some lag in the
system performance. Later on, this PSU got burnt (probably because higher power demand by the

Okay, this is the second time building a computer on my own. The motherboard had a 24-pin socket but
I didn't notice that the power supply had a 20-pin connector with an extra 4-pin to go with the
20-pin one. So what I did without knowing the proper connection, I connected the 20-pin to the
240pin socket on the motherboard and the extra 4-pin to the 4-pin socket across from the
motherboard. The correct 4-pin was left hanging and wasn't used. So after all these things were
