Both phpnuke and mambo are good. I have been using mambo and have liked it. I have not used php much. But many say that it has more features. But I liked the admin interface of mambo.

If you havent made your decision yet, check out this site http://www.opensourcecms.com/, they have live online demos of alot of cms, try them out. Right now i'm going to use phpwcms, since its already provided by Fantastico. Might wanna try out Exponent, I think it is one of the easiest cms.

If you can't write it by yourself you can bought one CMS for business. If it's just a personal site you go to free one but i'm not sure of the secruity of free open source CMS>

Or, go to your cPanel, installl every CMS that you can see. Then test them all. Then decide which of those are the easiest for you.

Im using Drupal, I sampled all the Fantastico ones and deleted the ones I couldnt figure out. It may not be for everyone but for a novice like me its easy to use, you can customize it and the site runs like a dream. So as you learn you can change things along the way.

PhpNuke is very good. It's very advanced, but very simple user interface. Anyone would be able to use it. Most sites use it anyway........ -Shackman

I would go with php nuke for the content managment just because of the fact thats its a advanced content manager and it has alot of easy to use features. The main purpose of the content manager is to beable to put everything up with ease of use and lots of control over your webpage. With php nuke it makes it easy to do so.

American Troops At Their Worst. Videos Of What Our Soldiers Who Represent The Usa Are Doing In Other Countries.
WARNING, GRAPHIC CONTENT (in a link) (10) Our American Soldiers are supposed to be the people protecting those who can't protect
themselves, insuring freedom and helping other countries and trying to work for peace. As such in my
opinion they have a responsibility to become role models. Obviously some people in our armed forces
are not up to that role. This article shows 5 different videos of things that our troops have been
filmed doing (most of them filmed themselves and thought it was amusing) The article also makes a
good point when it says that there is a proven link between the abuse and torture of ....

Forum Database
Forum Database Space and its capacity to hold content (9) Okay, I have a forum which is growing daily. Even though members aren't that many, I'm still
concerned over my database space and its capacity to hold the forum's content. Since post counts
take up database space, the remaining space will decrease daily, albeit by little amounts. Still, it
will decrease anyway and eventually my database for that forum will run out of space. My question
is: 1. Is there any way to possibly create a new database to continue holding the old
database's increasing data? As in, my old database is there but its full and I creat....

Xml For Dynamic Website Content

illiterate people I work with. Also, I'm doing an XML course later, so I want ot get some

Content Or Menu First In The Html?

working with the new code, I realised that with the CSS I was using, I could place the menu DIV
before or after the content, and both would work fine. However, which solution is best for SEO?
Should the content appear at the beginning of the HTML, or should the menu appear before the content
in the HTML (the location when rendered with CSS would be the same). Some sites have the....

How Much Should Seo Cost For A Good Content Website?
(6) I have a content website, and the content is very good. I have been doing SEO on my site for four
months. I have had a one-way backlink request success rate of almost 20%, and reciprocal link
request success rate of almost 65%, which I think is very good. However, I want to spend the little

design company to do SEO on my site, how much should I pay? Will adSense or something similar be

Post4hosting.com Under New Management, Terrible

I've seen. They had great servers, great services, amazing features, top quality support... in
brief, they had everything you would want to have in a good host. and the best part of it is that
all those qualities they got were for free while you wouldn't have found them in some other paid
host. But unfortunately, new owners took over the web-host. And ever since that day, the great host
has turned into trash! It's really bad right now... actually the foru....

Forum Content
best way to handle Quality Control in forums (0) Another user recently posted an idea based on users submitting quality articles to an engine that
populates additional pages to a website thus having the user community contribute to the ever
expanding site (set up like an online directory or WIKI etc.). Sure it's been done but it's
still a good thing when you have an idea that might gain momentum because of it's design in the
first place. Kind of like trap17 asking users to post in exchange for something they value. This is
a good arrangement because there is a level of respect among users and the quality is....
Using Css To Hide Seo Content
Create content for SEO purposes then hide visibility using CSS (9) I was wondering if this would work or not. Create some divs or CSS elements of some kind then hide
them in the CSS code by using some position hack like -1000px etc. same like you do to preload
images, anyway, fill your tags with optimized content with keywords etc. so it will be read by the
robots. I remember back in the early '90s many spammers would put pages of text in white on
white at the bottom of pages using nonsense keywords to pick up traffic. So I guess it boils down
to: Do search engines pick up content in CSS elements regardless of their state or visib....

Downloading Content Using Rapidshare!
illegal or not? (10) Hi. I recently visited a friend of mine, who's older brother downloads pornographic movies on
his computer. He told me he visits sites that use rapidshare, and he downloads his movies that way.
I think it may be illegal since that website has links to download lots of movies, but I'm not
sure. It just seems that it may be illegal, because when was the last time you could download so
many full movies for free? I'm sorry if I did something against these forum rules, but my
brother-in-law said i could use this site to seek help. I really care for my friend a lot....
What Is The Human Tail? (graphical Content)
The "tails" of 12 million people. (35) According to this article , some 12 million people worldwide actually have tails. These tails (see
images below) are long, hairless extensions of the spine that don't seem to serve any apparent
purpose, as far as has yet been discovered. Whether it's a birth defect, a mutation by chance, a
hidden gene, or some remnant of an evolutionary process is not yet known. Christians have claimed
that this appendage is actually a sign of the Devil and shows that all people will this mark will be
damned forever and have tainted souls. Most people with tails are embarassed b....
What's The Best Content Management Software?

Do You Need A Content Management System?
Then Read This... (20) ODOMIKE If HTML isn't your thing and you're planning a website with lots of content, you
might want to consider using a "Content Management System," also known as CMS. With CMS, content is
stored in a database away from the site's templates, which makes it impossible to destroy the
design structure of the site when editing. CMS systems allow anyone to edit his or her website,
regardless of technical skill level. Pages can be added or changed easily without knowing any
intricate coding. Many websites that use CMS resemble a portal design. This type of sy....
