I usually like to eat with people around me. Eating gets kind of boring for me when I do it alone. When there's people around though, you don't really concentrate that much on eating because you're too busy concentrating on the conversation. Or sometimes I'll eat while watching TV, where concentration is more on what's going on on TV than on eating.

I voted for the first one but it actually depends on the time of the day and where i am at. For example, if it is in between classes and i have to work to do, i get an empty table and try to do work. However, if a friend comes over i definitely wont turn them down but i might have prefered to be alone at the time. For dinner at the dinning hall, i have to eat with other people or else i feel like a loser and its kind of boring if you ask me

While i prefer eating in a group, because it's much more entertaining that way, I don't mind sitting by myself. Sometimes my schedule will be completely off from my friends, so I'll just find a small table off to the side somewhere and enjoy the silence.

I travel quiet often alone so generally I have to eat on the go or while I'm waiting for my next flight. Unless I am traveling with a colleague my eating style is eat in whatever restaurant whenever I can. However, when I do return to my home area I do enjoy dining in group solely because it's a rare chance I get. There are some days that I have the proper course 3 meals a day but mostly I'm a binge eater. There are days that I only eat 1 meal a day because I forget to eat--time conflict due to overlaps in travel schedule or just plain too busy.

I prefer eating alone. This way, you don't have to talk, and eating gets done faster. Plust, it's more of a personal and private thing for me. I don't like the idea of someone watching me as I eat... opening my mouth, and swallowing the food. Sometimes I wonder if people may thing I'm being sloppy, but that all depends on if it's finger food or not. If I have to eat with someone, I will however, as long as they don't stare at me or look at me as they're drinking something. Those two things in particular really tick me off sometimes.

I prefer eating with my some kind of respectful friends because I get nervous sitting all alone without someone to talk to. Everytime when I'm alone in a public place and see everyone else talking to someone they know, I become left out and tend to look everyone in the eye wierd. If I am depressed or upset, I would really want to be alone.

After I get my food I look for somebody I know who I can sit with. I definitely wouldn't sit by myself, I would feel like a loser.

why eat alone? thats so boring, you must be really anti social. that can be a problem. or probably you just dont like people to see you eat? heh thats childish i dont understand the people that wud chose b or c but thats who they are and i guess if theyre fine with it then let it be

Kinda depends on where I am.. o.o
If I'm at home I eat with my family, and if I'm at school I eat with my friends... although not much eating gets done, then, because of all the chatting and horseplay XD
But if I'm at work, I kinda go out of my way to eat alone. My coworkers just seem to want to complain about stuff, it's annoying to sit with them; I'd rather read manga or listen to jpop on my break. Everyone seems to think I'm weird for liking Japanese stuff.. and computer stuff.. so I just eat by myself. Yummy. ^^
