My request for host account has been approved. In it I asked for a sub-domain. I have not yet
created my hosting account. Now I have bought a top level domain. Can I use that Domain Name
instead of the sub-domain I requested in my account creation process? Or do I have to first use
the sub-domain and then use the 'domain changing process' to change it to my new domain? ...

Could an admin please termaniate my hosting account and move me back in to the members group. i used
the script to termaniate my account 3 days ago, and i'm still in the hosted group, and i would

Guys, can you please suspend my hosting plan for a month or so as due to a few renovations, my
internet connection had to be cut and so I cant maintain it for upto a month............. I am

When I made my original request for a free web account, the instructions didn't seem to say that
the username had to begin with an alphabeticaL character, so I chose one that began with a numeral.

I realize that I cannot keep remaining active. I sort of just drift to websites when I feel like it.
I can't stand sites that make you remain active on the forums in order for hosting. I perfer the
Sv2 Network because they don't make you remain active on the forums. Your site just needs to

I had over 25 credits when my account was suspended. I used the suport ticket thing and they said
that my account was suspended for resource usage and spam. I barely used over 500mb a month, and i
never spammed with my account beside for the fact that my forum is unactive and might result in
spamming through time. I tried to replied asking for more detail about resource usage and spamming,
it has been 5 days and i still didnt' get a response. i have read the other topics and seem
like two person got supended for no reason... i wonder if it's the same for my case...

My hosting account says that it has been suspended, although I have had more than enough credits to

Hello, When I signed up for the free hosting I was under the impression that there was SSH access.
I noticed that it had been disabled. I was wondering if you could please enable SSH so that I can
set up a mail pipe to forward all incomming mail to a script that distributes it. I have a licenced
version of hivemail and setting up a pipe is the easiest way to set it up so that the mail is
"delivered" instantly. I am completely knowlegable of how to use ssh and I use ssh from a secured

hello, Im sorry for the inconvience, I beleive this was all my fault, I was very confused on what to
do on how to get my site up, I used dreamweaver to make a homepage and tried to upload it to
mypublic_htm folder, after many atempts, my site simply quit working, Buffalo help has been very

My Domain name has not resolved properly since I set up my account here... after many attempts to
determine the cause I find that Trap17 some how has my settings incorrect in thier DNS server. After
talking with OpaQue he suggested I have my account reset. I don't really have a problem with
