| | Okay, this is the last time. I've changed this @#!& thing a dozen times. I have to pick something, stick with it, and move on.
Please let me know if this home page layout will do or if it's still too cluttered, confusing, or whatever.

Should I stick the links down the left side, under the buttons, leave them where they are, or get rid of them and figure people will find that stuff when they click the buttons?
(The other pages work, but they still have the old design.)
TIA for taking the time to critique this page. Design is definitely not my best thing.

This web design looks all right! I think you should leave those buttons where they are, and people are going to find them. It is much better that the last design.

In my opinion there are too many colors. The page, it is a bit stressing for me. The blue links in the left do not seem to be part of the layout. Maybe it is a good idea to get rid of them and provide a multitab menu which will fit more in your layout.

I don't have time to redesign it if it isn't too gawdawful, but I did get rid of the red 4. That might relieve a little of the stress. Since my theme is "fun" I wanted happy "confetti" colors. Maybe I overdid it. My role model was the wahm site. Work At Home MomsI really like their exuberance and they're very successful, but maybe that has nothing to do with design. Content is still king, so I think it's time to concentrate on that. Thanks again. Suz

i don't like it at all, just looks like a spam page to me. If your having problems designing sites then look around the web at pages you do like and work with that. You can also find free web templates that you could use, and change around. It's just that your page doesn't have any really defined area's and the banner on the right just really makes it seem like a portal page someone put up......... round

With all due respect, but the website just doesn't look professional enough. Here are some points that you may want to consider:
* There are way too many links in the website, both on the top and on the left sides of your page. * The money signs on both sides are somewhat distracting for the viewer.
* The content on the page is rather confusing, and lacks a structure that keeps your content together. * The bottom chunk with the Google search and entire list of links is again, confusing to the veiwer. Perhaps they should be put on another page.
* I'm not sure if it hasn't been updated yet, but the other pages (ex. http://fun4themoney.com/auctions.htm) look even more confusing, the image links keep on changing and the tables makes the entire layout very tight That said, your website does have good content inside it. - whyme

I had to cheat to get it to work. I want to be sure it lines up right in all browsers. I'll try it without the dollar signs, too, and see how it looks. Suz

But whatever image you are using for the background is repeating.. This makes it very hard to figure your site out.. You should probably put a "no repeat" rule into your script... Since you don't use css I would suggest that you put CODE bgproperties="fixed" into the body tag for you pages.

Well, if you are still interested, making one cell a certain colour is simple enough, just put the background property in the td or th tag for that cell. As for your website and it being done. That is entirely up to you. We are just commenting, whether you take our advice or you decide to go your own way is your choice. So i followed jlhaslip's advice and got rid of the .tk domain, still no more visitors. I've

The site is located at http://www.IndoxylDesigns.com (don't ask about the name... its just a
random name) This site was built on the Joomla CMS (v1.0.8). It also has a directory within it
(using the Mostes Tree Directory component for Mambo/Joomla) The site design was bulit using ONLY

Those of you who subscribe to PC World may have noticed a review for a site called Myfabrik.com
Myfabrik is a file hosting service that gives it's members a fairly large amount of space (2GB

CheatScene is almost as bad as Sythe.org. CheatScene happen to even have a Ex-Admin from Sythe, that
was reported, banned, and de-admin-ed from Sythe dude to scamming, yet still has a admin position on
CheatScene. The staff is all junk, they support spamming, flaming, and other misuse of rules. No
names mentioned, but A certain Super mod, and 2 administrators are spammers and flamers themselves,
while saying they need to promote the site. The java macro the REAL admin created is a class A
macro, and gets a 5 star rating from me. The website skin is dull, and somewhat old...
