It's an online Photoshop resource, where you can watch episodes of Photoshop professionals giving very useful tips and tricks for newbies or other professionals wanting to learn more. The videos are in high quality MP4 format, so it's not dial-up friendly. You can stream the latest episode on their website (flash required), and the older episodes are available for download. They also have a blog which they take user input, or questions, and if possible answer them in the episodes.
