hey acrobat reader is very heavy on system most of the time. try foxit reader. its very light...just google it dude

I use Evince as my PDF reader. It renders the documents well (and correctly) and is very quick to load. It also has support for DVI, TIFF and Postscript files, along with encrypted documents.

Evince download. You can download it in a variety of formats depending on what you need.

I recently tried to read a pdf file from an internet site and received a message that
"Acrobat Reader" program could not be found. My copy is located here: "C:\Program
Files\Adobe\Acrobat\Reader\AcroRd32.exe" Where in the devil else would it be
looking for the exe file? Or maybe my privacy settings won't allow access to my puter for the
