It IS interesting to see what others are using. I'm running WinXP Home Intel P4 3.4GHz HT w/1GB Level 2 cache 1GB 533MHz DDR Intel 800fsb PCI-X motherbd ATI X300 PCI-X video w/256MB 160GB SATA HD SoundBlaster w/bass woofer and 4 speakers DVD+- RW DVD-ROM Runs really smoothly. I've had it now since Dec last year and have been very happy with it.

I think it's pretty good for a laptop...

Maybe the only thing I might have wanted more would be the CPU but another upgrade to 2GHz would cost about $250 so I forgot about that

Anyway Its Pentium M so my 1.86GHz comes out to about a Pentium 4 2.7GHz...
