Today, I did not really like the software as much as usual. I have been looking for a converter for my PSP, so this was perfect.
PROS
Works well (And with Vista!)
Compresses quite a bit on low quality
CONS
Custom window skin *sigh*
Not as fast as I would like it

(4) Hello everyone, After a few months of work my new sitedesign is up. The page is mostly just a
showcase for some Political Art I've been doing. I'm pretty excited about my new

Search For Video Files And Display Them
Using a batch file in windows (0) In windows you need to be able to see the file's extension so you can rename a .txt file to .bat
This batch code I wrote searches your C:\ drive for video files and drops the results into a
file. That file is then processed into links on a web-page. The web-page is then opened for you to
view. Click the links to view the file, right click -> save as to save to another place on your
computer. I use it a lot after browsing videos on the web. It's fun to see what videos end up
cached (left on the computer from browsing) Insert this into a file named vid-searc....
Hard Drive Or Video Card?
i am on a tight budget on my laptop and need advice (4) i am on a tight budget on my laptop because its a little bit of short notice. ( my motherboard is on
its last days and no other self repair can be done. and also this not to advice me perse but to my

(10) I am looking for a free, decent video editing software. It does not need a lot of features. But I
would like it to have the "slicing options", so I can split/cut films. I would also like it to have
a simple intro option, just making simple intros with text. And the last thing, this is really
important so listen up: It must not require my computer to have sound. I messed something up, so the

video website (10) If you haven't visited http://hulu.com you are missing out on a great site. Hulu is a youtube
like website that shares tv shows and movies. It is a free website and it is not illegal. Hulu has
advertisements in the videos from the networks (like bravo, comedy central). Dont go and watch
videos online that is a illegal website but use hulu instead. They are getting more stations and or
networks (like bravo) so they will have more tv shows and or movies for free. Go and check it out
great service....

How To Create An Animated Gif?
from a video (18) I tried searching on the forum, but I could find nothing about how this is done Basically, I want
to create an animated gif which is derived from a video. Lets say I have this video file, and I want
to create an animated gif which shows what the video is about. I have already trimed the video
appropriately but when I tried doing it, I ended up with a 8.32 MB animated gif. I thought

(32) Well first and foremost, I'll say this: I'm an iPod man. I love iPods, I have two of them in
fact, and I've done a lot of things with them like hacking them to play doom, and some other

(10) the new video cards are crazy, they work like a charm if you don't mind paying more for them
than the rest of your setup. these new cards have more power than some of the pc we used a few back
and it is all in a much smaller space. It is really cool the speed at which technology is moving at
the moment the only thing is don't try and keep up there is just no way !! But those new
video cards are just awesome !....

(14) if some of you have not heard already, there is a linux for the ipod now. it allows you to a lot
more with your ipod. you can play vidoes on any ipod. like the nano. you can even run the first
person shooter called iDoom on it. linux does it again, putting commercial technology to shame.
whats nice you can swich to the normal apple firmware anytime you want. if you got an ipod try this,
its really easy to install. it will actually make your ipod worth for what you paid for it. just go

Ipod Not Working, Need Help
(12) Not sure if this is the right forum, but I didn't see anywhere else for it... Ok, my girlfriend
got a 4 GB iPod Nano about a month ago. She had about 100 songs on it and one day they just
disappeared. Her normal PC won't recognize that she has the iPod plugged in, and her
stepdad's laptop will recognize it... But after she transfers all the songs, and she unplugs the
iPod from the laptop, she loses all of her songs again... She talked to an apple guy, but they said
she needed to do a system restore on it, but they didn't tell her how... And she can't ....
Those Who Think Video Games Lead To Violence
It really makes me mad... (27) I really hate all of the people that think video games train kids to kill. In the colombine school
shootings, they said that the kids played video games, which is why they committed the crime.
I'm not saying that they are wrong or right, but if you look at the statistics, as video game
sales increase at a substancial rate, the number of violent crimes are starting to decrease. I want

My Ipod Is Randomly Skipping Songs, Losing Data,
regaining data, and freezing (16) This morning I was going to listen to some music, so I got my iPod, turned it on, and it reset (I
hadn't had it plugged in for a while). When I got to the music, it would go through half of a
song, then skip to the next. After doing this a couple times, it would just skip entire songs.
It'd skip six or seven, then do half of one, then skip six or seven more. Later I looked on the
internet for some ideas, so eventually I tried resetting it again, as instructed. This worked for a
little bit, but then it started skipping over songs again. I reset again, and it lost....
