Chances are, there would be human survivors, and no doubt, animal and plantlife that could adapt to an irradiated biosphere. Sorry to see that you are so misinformed. I mean that only in the sense of your count of Chinese Nuclear Weapons. First the Chinese do not intend to strike first because currently they do not have the capability to hit past the body of California without using SLBM's.

The Chinese Boomers are way to noisy to get close enough for their SLBM's to even matter however. The Chinese also have approximately 500 SRBM's and IRBM's some with up to 3 MIRVS. Therefore if you were conservative and said only 1/3rd of Chinese missles had more then one MIRV then that would put their Targetable MIRV count at 833 plus about 1500 Gravity Bombs and other devices.

Making China the third most powerful nuclear nation in the world. Of course the US has a plan for first strike as well as counter strike, limited strike and single strike. Not having a plan is not a plan, get it? After reading your diatrabe it sounds more like you are a Chinese sympathizer.
