Wth is going on??... i wanted catch you before your attempt. I want say don't change your password as they advice. The problem is not that you forgot the password. The problem from them. I have the same problem and so many other members. Trap17 adminenstrotor "BuffaloHELP " asked specfic questions. I ansered and wait his response.[see the nitial posting]. I don't understand why you create new topics.

Using any FTP client software, try connecting to your account using your cpanel username and new (or old) password. If you are successful in logging in, chances are that your browser's security setting is set too high for proper session with your hosting cpanel. Try disabling your firewall and add your domain to TRUSTED SITE under your browser's option.

Yes when i tried the Domain/cpanel it worked this time with the NEW password that i've made.. do i get the 10 credits back  since it wasnt me who forgot the password?..

 Nice try but no on hosting credit refund. Sorry. Perhaps the IP address used alone is not liked by your browser or by your ISP. Sometimes your ISP rather have the domain resolved to a name than used IP straight out. Be sure to add your domain to TRUSTED SITE list and always use your-domain.ext/cpanel. This is easier to remember.

Cannot access my MySQL (5) After all the recent problems, my account has been restored. I have setup my parked domain agin, and

Weird Password Problem
Password change failed (8) I haven't really used my cPanel because my hosting is mainly used for a mailing list (for the
time being). When I headr of the potential password breach I tried to log on but my attempts failed.

Asp On Trap17 To Make Password Protect Pages
(4) I was wondering if I could use .asp pages on trap17, because I am currently looking for a login
script and all from my video pages. I've seen a script using .asp, but when I uploaded it and

Password Doesnt Work Properly In Cpanel Login
Sometimes it works... sometimes it doesn't (4) I am not able to login to my cPanel using the HTTP password request that pops up when I go to my
/cpanel, but when I click cancel and it brings me to the cpanel login screen I am able to login
successfully. I am also unable to authenticate any of my passwords via my FTP client. I've
made a custom account, used the root account, and used some other main accounts (using the main
password). I didn't mistype the password 10 times in a row. What's the deal? Anyone else

Cannot Change Password
(2) I'm having problems changing my password to the Cpanel, it appears to simply not want me to
change it, first it says you need a number, then it says that the word is in the dictionary, so i
make up this werid password like szadjsahkf12 and it STILL won't let me change it. Another
