| | Earlier today I was happily playing my online video game when all of the sudden my computer stopped working. By that I mean that it froze and then completely stopped working. I tried a bunch of stuff like taking out the battery, clearing the CMOS, putting in the original motherboard floppy disk, and just leaving it off. Later this morning I turned it on and it just started working. I just can not stand when you do something and can not do it again. At least my computer is working again  ! |

perhaps you've been running your system for a VERY long time already, playing with that game.  sometimes they do just that, and a little computer rest will do the trick. when it does not work for me after that, then that is when i try to deconstruct my system and put them back together again to pinpoint what the problem is.

or those times when you fix something...but when u try to do it again u dunno how to do it again...that gets on my nerves too...random epihany's help solve problems...too bad they're random and dont stay to help later

Those Really Annoying Adverts
you no... Loans? (9) Well i live in the UK so i dont know what it is like in the US. But have you ever noticed that
adverts are really pointless? On cartoonnetwork and bomerang and all that sorta stuff you find these
Loan adverts and Debt help stuff. And its like? A child would start phoning up a loan service and
borrow 25 grand. Yeah come on. And the MOST annoying advert of all is the 'Picture' advert.
The mum is scottish,the little boy comes from london and the dad come from wales. And when i worked

Immature And Annoying Students
Just a rant because it BUGS me! (6) Alright, here's some background info: I'm not a particularly evil person. I don't
spread lies or rumors, I don't talk back to anyone but teachers and parents, I don't pick
fights with other students, and most of all- I don't barely talk to them to do anything to them.
Now, for the reason I am here. I am one of those passive-aggressive kids in the high school who
will do anything to get a good grade and be on the teachers good graces list. The other day in my
personal finances class that they're focing me to take anyway as some stupid new ....
My Computer Teacher
Used to be cool to me, but now just annoying (9) My computer teacher is a smart guy. He went to Binghamton University (in NY State, part of the State
University), and is now getting a Master's degree at Queens College. He can also run a computer
class (he does sound dorky in some of my classmates' opinions) that I don't learn anything
in because I know almost everything he taught so far. But lately he's been bugging me. Ever hear
of Foxtrot puzzles? If not, Google it, and come back when you know what it is. What I am saying is
that he is making up do one. He gave us a bitmap of one, and expects us to do....
Some Really Annoying Songs
I hear them constantly, in my head and at school (11) There are some songs that everybody just can't forget. I hear them all the time on the radio
(that's NYC's z100 and KTU, whatever number that is). They are a mix of old aand new songs.
So here's my list: -We Be Burnin' (Sean Paul) -Temperature (same as above) -Everytime We
Touch (Cascada) I just can't get these songs out of my head. They sort of drive me nuts when I

Computers Are A Pain In The .......
latest experience with an old dell laptop (3) So a friend of mine gives me his old laptop (an old dell latitude) that is not booting. So i do my
usual geek thing: grab out the hard drive, backup the data, format and get ready to re-install
windows 95 (yeah i said it was an OLD laptop). Now everything was going along, slowly but it was
doing its thing. Now once the pc was ready i boot it to windows the first time, try using the
trackball, nothing happens. So I look through the system properties and see the mouse is marked as
not working. I try everything i can think of (installing different drivers, checking the BIOS....

Bsnl's Internet Connection
Frequent disconnections are pain! (1) This is my first ever Venting. Normally, I post in the vent..to actually calm down people or to give
them the solution(if there can be any). Well, BSNL is the biggest telecom company in India (B.S.N.L.
In INDIA Is like British Telecom in UK) and I've got an ADSL connection with them. The reason
for my anger is the frequent disconnection of the internet connection. It is so intermittent that it
disconnects almost 10 times in a span of 15 min.!(SAINT_MIKE KNOWS IT TOO!) I cant do any
thing properly on the internet..be it chat, email or what ever. I had to down....
My Annoying Classmates
This should save me from getting a school case (10) Well, first off, I have a classmate who sucks everything off you. I got pad paper, and she keeps

Gettting The Last Word
i hate annoying people like that. (3) I don't know about you guys, but i find it EXTREMELY annoying when people feel the need to get

Cell Phones
So Annoying (18) Well its time for another venting to make myself feel a little better. Why is it the case then when
you are sick and sleeping that cell phone never stop running. You always have someone ringing you

Australian Government Hospitals
Annoying and Pains (3) Well I think its time for me to have another little vent. This time it is going to be about our
Hospital System here in Australia. It is really bad. Why doesn't that Australian Government WAKE
UP and smell the Coffee. Our Hospitals are over crowded there is no room. If you need on operation
... yeah right wait a few years and you MAY just get it done ... or in some cases you may even die
before you even get seen in the Emergency Ward these days. Things are so bad that people are just

Guys That Won't Talk At Women
Very Annoying!!!! (17) For this story to make sense...and for those of you who may not know, I thought I should tell you

The Most Annoying Thing Ever

Reinstalling Everything On Your Computer
It Is Very Annoying (13) Yesterday I had to reinstall everything on my computer. That is all fine and dandy if I only need to
reinstall Windows so I decided to use the File & Settings Transfer Wizard. After I installed Windows
I used the wizard to import my files and settings. The only stuff that actually got transfered was a
few of my documents, my background, and thats it. Thats just a pain installing all that stuff over
again, trust me.....
My Domain Nightmare
4 weeks of website pain ! (5) I am so tired of all the hosting/domain nonsense in my life. For over 4 weeks now my site has been
down. Initially i changed hosts cause my old provider was putting to many advertisments. Ever since
