Not Infected? - Are you sure?

Now i tried installing the latest free game (astromenace) and while running it my kaspersky closed the install because it detected a backdoor aimbot and trojan. Are these files guarenteed to be virus free, as that sticker states on the download page?

i got the same thing on Avast! ™ i think that maybe some of these files might need to update off the internet or they have serious virus issues. oh well. nothing comes free.

    I downloaded and installed a game from a P2P software via LAN....then next thing i know that all of

    well, I got a spyware on my other computer. First, I searched with Ad-Aware, then with Norton
    Antivirus. Antivirus detected a spyware that Ad-Aware didn't detect, named
    "Spyware.Marketscore". But it can't repair the file or delete or whatever. And I know that the
    spyware is installed with another program I installed for some weeks ago, but I have uninstalled the
    program now. But the spyware is still there. The infected file can be found in
    %Windows%/system32/osmim.dll Can someone help me? And do you have the file osmim.dll too? I need
    to know if I can dele....
