www.penguins.trap17.com is my site. when i made it w/ one computer and viewed it the pices showed. but when i tried viewing the site on my other comp its just a bunch of x's. someone help

Hey,
Your links are pointing to your computer! That's the reason theya re not visibl;e in any other PC!

Your links are like this - file:///C|/Documents%20and%20Settings/Jonathan/Desktop/images/e_s.gif

You should upload the files to a folder in your site, and point to them like this - /imagefolder/image.gif

i copied the images into the image folder under the/home or w/e and on the public_html, bc i didnt know witch. my folder is called images. why are they still not showing???? plz help (where do i copy them to) (and what do i use, i used filezilla)

search and delete any instance of this in your html file:



then re-upload. also, double-check that you have **completely** uploaded ALL your images in your "images" folder under public_html.

you need to have the html in your index pointing the viewer to the images on your site.. not computer.. like googlue said.. "images/image.gif" would be your best bet for people to see them, instead of "file:///C|/Documents%20and%20Settings/Jonathan/Desktop/images/e_s.gif" if you change that then the images will become visible on more than your one computer!

It is quite simple, you may need some time to get used to html coding, but it should be perfect soon
